A vtuber is pretty easy to explain, it's literally just a streamer with a character model instead of a directly being on camera... While obviously played for humor here, there are people who genuinely can't explain basic things like this without bursting a blood vessel because there are also people too stupid to comprehend why would a person not stream with their face to show to the internet.
