    1. Feinting to see their reaction and judge their game by their response.
    2. Let them get a shot on you to get a feel of their speed and power.
    3. Test their response to a long guard, into a clinch.
    4. Utilize a safe, tight, difficult to counter combo to see how they defend.
    5. Shell up with a tight high guard and land a low kick to see how well they respond

Gabriel, are there any well known fighters you’ve sparred with that we not be aware of?

Just the video I needed Gabriel, an absolute masterclass, I really earned loads of safe ways of enter that my coach told me to do to improve as well this is such amazing information for me because yesterday I sparred with an old guy returning to the gym after a few months off and we sparred but I never sparred with him before I went on him one or two shots and saw he walks forward and blocks the shots through the guard but then saw that when attacking him with single shots and land front kicks to the face it sets his rythm off a bit and he cannnot come forward as well but overall thank you so much for this and keep up the great work as always Gabe! 🥊

Gabriel Varga, i have been watching your videos since i started training a year ago. I started off kickboxing for several months but after getting leg kicked and kneed i realized it wasn't for me haha. I switched to boxing last October and had my first fight this past weekend and won. Your knowledge on pre fight jitters helped immensely. Got there at noon, fights at 2pm. Hung out and joked with my dad and friends for a bit then a hour before put in my headphones and sat in the corner. Didn't watch any of the other fights to make me nervous. Got up in the ring and it felt just like hard sparring at my gym just turned up to 11. Guy came swinging the first round so didn't have time figure him out. Then out paced and punched him like a chubby gorilla for the other 2 rounds. Gotta say amateur fights are a 6 min sprint brawler fight. Thank you for your videos and what you do sir.

@@aayushsangwan729 thank you for the kind words. Sorry to hear about your loss but amateurs is all about the learning experience. And yes, showing up and getting up in the ring is the most important thing. Anyone who gets up there and fights their ass off is a winner in my eyes.

I like to "fight right" meaning stick to fundamentals and exploit mistakes and opening, I don't really bother about how good someone is, I always play my own game the same way and adapt depending on how hard the fight is

Hi Gabriel. Whenever I spar my opponents and try to land a body shot they just keep backing away so it’s hard to really land something when they keep running. Any tips?

Причем тут вообще свобода непонятно, речь идёт про все что угодно, например, справедливость, но не про свободу
