@@whitfieldhyde5957 Scorched is pretty easy, the only challenge is getting your first combat tame, since trikes don’t tend to spawn in the areas you usually start.
Definitely longer videos. If you leave out the deaths all the time, it doesn't show the real struggle of Ark. Plus an hour of nooblets voice is nice :)

When you finally got that stone and the ravager hit you basically sums up all of ark if you think about it.
I like to see everything. It was fun to watch even if it did take me a few days to get the time. The cosmetic items. I just type in 'skin' to the filter and then hit the dump button.
Glad to see another Let's Play Ark series from you, nooblets! Don't cut the videos short, it is a much better representation of the actual game when you show everything.
why pump stamina and not run speed? At least with run speed you have a chance of escaping. Stamina just means you're not tired when you get eaten.
Zourin Is Movement speed better than stamina? I'm planning on moving from PS4 to pc, this will help me make choose a better option stats for my character.
Movement speed is more of a pvp stat. Early on especially is a terrible allocation of stats.

Not sure if you're aware, Steve, but when you spawn in with tons of skins, just search 'skins' inside of your inventory tab and then press 'drop all'. That way you will drop all of your skins faster, keep them all inside of one bag instead of thousands of little boxes , and also not have the chance to drop a valuable item if you'd forget to drop your skins at spawn.
I know this an old video but this is funny 😂😂 i thought it was just me constantly dying at the start.

Long vids are realistic and easy to play along to if your a solo player. Nice to listen to a voice instead of the non existent music in this game.

Letting u know u can use ascerbic mushrooms for narcotics and their are xp notes at portal to help u level up faster

I believe if you eat the mushrooms to get that shield icon, you can walk over shrooms safely.

I laught a lot with you :D i like nonstop playing, you can skip just harvesting (not stone searching, that's the most funny time :DD )

Great to have the Ark back and should definitely keep the videos uncut as it shows the struggle of the game... one thing though, where is Misbah?
Their is a option to turn off the starter items (skins). Just look in the options, its a checkbox. And you can also punch rocks to get stone.
I feel like the lack of pick-up stones on this map was an oversight... one that makes it harder to get started than the overpopulation of predators in start areas does

I love to see that I'm not the only one who goes though hell when they first start. It's great lmao. On a side note, I do like the un-cut video. While playing myself I do tend to find longer videos to watch to help when I'm also doing my grinds, so this is great lol.

I know it's late but I'm finally giving Aberration another try, two years after it first scared the pants off of me, and I wanted to see someone else going through this shit, so I'm half an hour into this video and loving it. I already feel less bad about my stellar track record of pointless deaths. First time I tried this back in the day, I started at the Portal ('easiest' is a BALD-FACED LIE) and moved to Upper Mushroom to try and eke out a living, and man, never again. This time I started at the lake. Still dying occasionally, but it's much nicer there, fewer Raptors, only one pack of murderous bat-wolves so far... and so many stones on the shore. So many.

don't run away from the dragon flies they're super easy to kill just crouch and attack upwards with a spear
I would say if anything not all the boring stuff, like yeah just highlights is nice for quick progression, but then you aren't really "learning" anything new from the aberration play though. if we are here we have likely seen your how to vids already so we actually already know how the "highlights" will go. Like who knew you could not pick up rocks in aberration unless theres an earth quake. That could be a game changer for people who want to make a server with very casual play through.

In your in game settings, turn off ‘Give Default Survivor Items’. Also, don’t cut out stuff, you’re one of the few ark YTs who actually show the grind you need to get the most basic of stuff. Also, why not use your offhand slot to hold your torch?

Pause it and go on options, on the tick boxes there’s something about spawn survivor items or something. That should stop the skins coming up all the time :)

In single player you can use the command "saveworld" to save your game anytime, and if something happens you can return to where you saved.
