I watched Jade video a million times and the concept is much deeper than you think it is! The video shows little details that are easy to miss on the first 3 watches. The big guy is basically the manager or SEO of the music industry, he is always on the watch for new talent and you see different jades throughout the video. Eg. the curly hair jade is the girl when she first started auditioning on the streets before xfactor then the manager spots her and calls her a star but the blonde jade felt betrayed and angry how quickly the SEO threw her in the bin and the video goes on and on. Also pay attention to Jade personal assistant ( girl with glasses) she spits in her coffee, also she acts like she is a great assistant to jade when she picks up the dog poop but in the end she doesnt really care about jade.

Syco was the name of Simon Cowell label who they were signed to on x factor and didn't hsve a very good time with him or his label so they got out their contract. He also made so much money off them and they got hardley anything compared to what they should of at the time.
