It's my favorite Craig's Bond movie. This was first Craig Bond flick closer to the classic ones, on the other hand many people now expect gritty realistic take in every franchise.

Hydraulic Particle Gritty doesn't make a better film. I would say that one third of Bond films wasn't cheesy. Also if you want gritty, you have other franchises too satisfy your needs.

Gacko54 The only films you mentioned that border gritty are Goldeneye and Goldfinger.
This movie is so much better than people will admit. It leans into the sillier aspects of Bond while also maintaining the grounded realities of Craig’s Bond.
My favorite of the Craig Bonds precisely for that reason.

I've never been a huge bond fan but, I think this made me see how cool he is. Maybe it was the old theme playing or Craig's more slick portrayal of bond. Whatever it is I'm going to see this movie.

Don’t care what any of you tools said about this movie being woeful. This was a brilliant brilliant masterpiece. Sure lacked in places needed to be longer not shorter. But what a ride. What a bond. What a story.

Dave Bautista looks really good in this. First big role in Guardians of the Galaxy and was amazing that. Wrestlers have a good sense of drama and how to act on camera at all times
Most of them make great actors ex Dwayne John cena & Miz.

This movie got a lot of hate mostly because it was "classic Bond". I honestly enjoyed it more than Skyfall since I had more problems with that film, but Bardem was the better villain. Mendes excelled at making these latest 2 look beautiful. For Craig my personal ranking is Casino Royale > Spectre > Skyfall > Quantum of Solace
Nobody hated it because it was "classic Bond." People hated it because of the hideous 'Brofeld' subplot and the pathetic third act.

I had my doubts with this film when it was announced, but each day that goes by I look forward to it more and more.
I'm sure that with Sam Mendes and Daniel Craig at the helm once again that this will be another classic Bond.

One of my favorite Bond things is the Bond Music. This trailer features a callback to one of my favorite John Barry soundtracks, On Her Majesty's Secret Service. While Lazenby isn't my preferred Bond, that was a GREAT score! (one of many)
Came here to comment that. The on her Majesty's secret service themes shows up in two different movies. The title theme in this trailer is pretty cool. No time to die has all the time in the world pretty prevalent as well.

As a Bond fan, looking awesome!!! Don't understand why Craig would want to quit after this. A dream job for 99.99%. He needs appreciation and perspective of what a great role this is. It doesn't stop him from other jobs. He has done enough that it does not define him as an actor. Please stay. You're an great Bond!

Daniel Craig James Bond’s always have BEAUTIFUL sets, I think that’s my favorite part, getting to see stunning, different parts of the world! Skyfall was better than Spectre to me hands down- it had a much more thrilling and interesting plot, where Spectre was just fighting and car racing thrill, Skyfall actually had a great storyline and the set was much more pretty to me.
I hope the Spectre organization is as good as it was in the " classic Bonds era ". I liked how they trained their agents and have such mean ugly women like Rosa Kleb with poison spikes in their shoes and Irma bunt with second in command like Largo . I hope Spectre is around more than one film I guess Im trying to say and as flamboyant as it once was.

How come i still remember watching this movie when i was 7
Count me in the minority that *likes* Spectre, and I remain forever baffled by the amount of hate it gets. I’ve heard all the criticisms….and then I watch Spectre, and I love it. MY only pair of criticisms of Spectre is that Monica Bellucci’s role should’ve been bigger, and maybe that Bond and Madelaine fall in love a little too quickly. But otherwise, I think Spectre is great. To me, it feels like a throwback to the earlier Bond formula, and I liked that they loosened up Daniel Craig a bit and gave him a little more humor. And the fact that Spectre is 2 1/2 hours long, but I wasn’t bored once. Skyfall was a tough act to follow, and perhaps the bar was set too high for Spectre. But I think they still came up with a Bond movie that is *almost* as good as Skyfall, and that’s good enough for me. MY only criteria going into this movie was that Spectre be better than Quantum Of Solace, and it definitely is in my opinion.
Regarding Daniel Craig’s era, I think Casino Royale is Craig’s best Bond film, with Skyfall a close second, but I rank Spectre a very solid third. Quantum Of Solace is shit (wrong director, awful editing, and an unfinished script that forced some scenes to be improvised), and No Time To Die started out well but was totally ruined by that bullshit ending (in fact, the ending pissed me off so much that I’ll never watch No Time To Die ever again).
The haters can hate Spectre all they want, but I’ll happily take Spectre over Quantum Of Solace and No Time To Die any day of the week. Spectre, for me, is Craig’s final Bond film, AND he got a much happier ending in it.
