I know how he feels when I was younger I had health issues from heart trouble and had brain problem from a wreck I was 125 and weak so I never was good at any sports do no confidence and my health issue well out of school now and older I lifted and loved it got up to 198 and was getting told by people who hadn't seen me in a long time wow have you change but sick with MS blood cancer gave up working until I heard what happen to you to many times now lifting again doing better about 173 my goal is 195 and I'll get there so you can go from little to bigger if you want but no matter what you matter if you like being thin then it's ok but do some weight training you'll love man or woman.
