he's keeping the weight loaded on his triceps. Bottom inch is a lot chest n shoulders and the top is a lot lats. Middle 90% is the sweet spot, especially when using a smith machine, as going straight up and down keeps the load on the triceps.

Not the best technique on the cable tri ext by the chef. Zero full range of motion and his eccentric was too fast. That's the problem with guys trying to beat reps. It becomes sloppy just to do as many reps as you can to beat the other guy. Even the tri pushdowns were half reps, if even that far.

One thing I will say no matter who trains with Mike is that Mike always does more weight at a slower temple with better form and more concentration. It’s crazy sick.😮
Kinda disappointed with Chef Rush' form on the tricep overhead extension and the pushdown. Those 1/3rd ROM reps don't impress anyone. Especially if Mike goes next and does the same weight with textbook perfect form.
Chef Rush's reps are everything but reps. Are these mini-reps, partial reps or no-rep reps? Guess the natty-juice fuel.....is what fuels these muscle bellies to 24 inches!
