I cringe when you use what looks like a metal spatula on your nonstick pan. I like the at least two minutes a side and you heat it in your sauce versus your other video which “ undercooks” your halibut and let resting , like a steak, to finish cooking. I hate any non totally cooked center halibut or cod. I like minced garlic in the piccata sauce. Nice trick of folding over thin edge to promote even cooking of the fish.
