How do I get the screw fasteners that secure the liner off the wheel well? I've been unscrewing one of those stupid thing's for like 40 minutes and it isn't backing out at all. I don't want to just pry them out but I'm not sure what else to do...

As with many screws, when loosening you will need to keep pressure on the head as it's coming out until it's completely detached.
