  • Hello friends, and thank you for watching!
I can't say how much I enjoy using this mop! Who wants to sweep, and then go back over the same areas with the mop!?🤭 Not anymore! Not with this machine! It's phenomenal! I absolutely love it and I have had it right now for a little over 2 years and it’s still going, I have used it almost weekly. It cleans my tiles and laminate floors WONDERFULLY. Today I'm sharing my very detailed 2 years updated review & my pros and cons.

I still remember how hesitated I was to spend the money and buy this mop two years ago. I wish I can go back in time and tell my self that this machine is built to last and I will be making this video in two years. I took my time to try to cover everything I want you to know about this mop so I hope you guys enjoy watching!

Mine was built to last…two months. The replacement made it four. Yippee.

You still haven't answered the question. How has the machine held up? What problems have you had?

For a 2 year review I was hoping for more details on how well it's held up during that time. This really sounds more like a first impression review. How often do you actually use this machine? Daily? Weekly? Monthly? I've had mine now for a little over a year, and I've encountered things I don't feel a product of this cost should. I've got 2 kids and use this every single day to clean up. Within 5 months, the top part of the handle started to break. It's cheap plastic and really blew my mind how poorly they designed that. Bissell sent a replacement handle as it was still under warranty. After 6-7 months, it also started to lose its suction capability, which leaves puddles of dirty water behind every pass. Due to the lack of suction power, it also starts to collect the debris in the small tube that runs from the brush to the collection tank and thus perpetuates the dirty puddle issue. Having to manually clean that little tube out becomes a burden fast. Cleaning and replacing the filters haven't helped either. What I've noticed is that over time, the filter gets out of sync with the vacuum suction chamber, and the seal which the filter is supposed to create (to make it be air tight) is now no longer aligned. Also those brushes take forever to dry if your doing a whole floor mop job, so you kind of need at least 3 brushes in your rotation if your an everyday user like my wife and I. These are the things I was expecting to hear about from a 2yr review, but if you don't use this often, then I can't fault you.

    "Fur-miller" 😆
My tip is only thoroughly clean the machine once a day. Self clean depending on use, the machine can sit dirty and ready throughout the day, then do a thorough clean at night after your end of day mopping.

The newer version which I just bought today, automatically sprays water. You just decide on high power mode or low. I didn't even use the recommended hot water and it worked well.

My 2 year review of the Crosswave (corded) is that it doesn't clean. I can go over my vinyl plank floors and the floor is still dirty. It uses a pitiful amount of cleaner/water. I have to use an old school mop to get the floor clean.

I've had mine since it came out. In that time my first system died and I was sent a refurbished model which also had issues but despite my complaints I didn't even get a response back. I used the refurbished model up until about 6 months ago when the battery died and they don't sell replacements. So they basically want to me replace an almost $600 machine for a new battery. Totally unimpressed and such a waste of money. Sad part is it was amazing in the beginning. Busy mom with pets that was looking for a way to get some of my daily jobs done faster so I had room to get others out of the way. I just ended up blowing money I didn't have for a machine that was totally unreliable. So much potential too 🤦‍♀️
