I'm an hour in and really enjoying the conversation, big fan of Tommy Sheridan a proper politician who did want to make a change for the working class and we all know those kind of politicians don't last long.
James very Informative also can relate to so much of the topics.
Another thing is the establishment don't want to fix the problems they don't want strong people who can deal with their problems , it comes from above so fivo has a point only way change can be made is at a lower community level.
Will watch rest over next few days , class again though 👏

Sean first of all thank you so much for putting this together probably the best thing I've watched on TH-cam for years and I hope it gets the views and likes it deserves : I enjoyed the whole input of everyone on the panel but the simplicity and explanation of Palestine genocide explained by Tommy Sheridan was amazing: I have been shouting about the BALFOUR DECLARATION for over 30 years but Tommy's explanation answers doubters and haters answers : This Sean could have been done in front of an audience im sure im going to watch this again and share it

That’s me just finished watching. It was captivating. While everyone has different strengths and opinions it was great to see how everyone joined together to discuss global affairs. Sean you did amazing as the host I hope you have another of these soon and I will certainly look forward to it xx well done all the panel for sharing their expertise and honesty in such diverse topics xx

What ive always said to as someone who is care experienced is i wonder how many people in jail or who have addiction issues have been care experienced and had no aftercare andnif the right aftercare was in place would the levels of homelessness and addiction be so high.

Great conversation hearing it from all different aspects of life,but would been good have a victims point of view too.everyone knows the prisons are broken but there are definitely folk who should never see light of day know what I mean,anyway all the best mate I’ll watch rest your podcasts from now on

Look at teh Netherlands they habe a softer approach to drugs and they had much less issues than the uk. Its getting worse now but thats mainly due to uncontrolled immigration i know tommy won't want to hear that but its the truth. Unvetted Immigration is increasing the level of crime in france, germany and all the Scandinavian countries.
No I know tommys stance on that, and I agree with him but I do know what you mean too. We need to have better systems of doing things. It’s a complex subject man but the last thing we need is the extremism against each other on it. We are all working class there is more of us than them. We should be deciding. 👍

Im a single parent of 2 boys of 19 n 21.
19 yr old serving a 3 year sentence in polmont, has been stabbed slashed and shot and has dun exact same to people.
I asked every proffessional i dealt with fae he was 12, for input fae violence reduction unit. Schools Scl wrk n youth criminal justice constantly said not working in this area at moment and we got no input or engagement.
Then they wonder why boys dont engage and we have this culture.
East end crying out for this so called violence reduction unit, cause i was fed up asking the exact right proffessionals fir input n help fae them.
5 years i asked every proffessional and my boy was getting away with aw shorts of charges cause under 25.
Why did these proffessionals not involve violence reduction unit ???
Slashed stabbed n shot at 17.
I know caltonbhoy I would have James in charge if I could 😂 we need massive change the working class need to come together and stop letting them divide us on stupid things that don’t change our lives. 💯 hope you are coping ok and boys are well 👍

Legalize cannabis and use the tax money to create companies to employ ex offenders. Could create trade jobs that help the underprivileged communities. Create prisons that manufacturere things that we normally buy from other countries. Also identify individuals like yourselves that could be trained to work in the prisons to help people change their lives and what would give their lifes meaning. The biggest opponents to that plan would be lawyers and police as it would decrease their need in society. I feel the position we are in is because it suits the rich. Tommy talked about a fairer society but the people that contol the media are the rich and they dont want that. Unfortunately the vast majority of the population have no idea about this and feel it is unchangeable.
