Pity Sandra is lying through her teeth, even Scott Forbes doesn't talk to her now because of her failure to protect the evidence in Luke Mitchell's case. Why is a con woman out for herself being praised? She has failed to help get him out! He is innocent and being used as a pet crusade for Sandra.

Fantastic podcast from start to finish. Gave us all more to think about. How this young man was convicted is a complete injustice based on what evidence had against Luke. Mainly from the media It’s supposed to be beyond reasonable doubt and no one can say this was the case here. 😢

Really enjoyed this! Glad you asked some difficult questions and, as is always the case, Sandra answered everything honestly and informatively. Comments posted that say things like “Luke done it”, or “they got the right man”, without backing up these statements with facts, really have to be ignored. We have eminent criminologists, experienced forensic pathologists, crime profilers, former policemen, investigative reporters etc, etc who have all looked at the “evidence” against Luke and come to the same conclusion - Luke is innocent! So, when a keyboard warrior comes on with their pathetic little statements about Luke being guilty, I just have to laugh 🤭, and then feel sorry for them as you can’t argue with stupid.

Is there a possibility of getting the offender profile from the American? Im sure this possibility has been thought about. 100% luke is innocent just cant understand why he is still in prison. As a mother this terrifies me this could happen to anyones child 😢
I think he has been offered parole but only if he admits murdering jodi and he's not prepared to lie for his freedom and never will

Brilliant m8. regarding the Murder of Jodi... we all now know Luke had nothing to do with the murder. Both Jodi and Luke were victims of sick deviants that includes the investigation . Bent from the start. Luke was the only one looking for Jodi because EVERYONE ELSE WAS ACTING OUT A PANTOMIME. A family friend served on the Jury and I can confirm that the Jury were not told about the sperm from 5 adults on Jodis body

As per the legislation anyone can apply to buy transcripts except the convicted person which is why Sean would have had issues obtaining them. Why did good old honest Sandra not correct this? She was quick to correct her book name 🙄 £££££ over truth.

Case facts @SocialSessions6 the first attending police officers. Left Jodis house under the impression that both Luke and Jodi left her house together... ,(this is a lie told to police by a member of Jodis family) updated after Sandra explained
@MyTube754 - It's not a lie that the police officer left Jodi's mum's house with the impression that Jodi left from her own house with Luke at tea-time - it would. however, be incorrect (or dishonest) to say that Jodi DID leave her house with Luke at tea time, because she didn't.
@roaseannemckee3431 - the FBI report "belongs" to police Scotland - they have the final say on whether it can be released in full or not.

Hi Sandra. I 100% agree with you. I may have been picked up wrong. According to the police log book it noted that Luke had left jodis house with Jodi... I was trying to say that the police were told lies by members of Jodis Family. Luke was actually in his house as per his statment. Hope this clears up what I had previously intimated.. keep fighting Sandra.
@@MyTube754 Thanks, MyTube - I wasn't quite sure what you meant - I think, between us, we've covered all the different possible interpretations!!!! I don't know that the police officer was necessarily "told lies" - I've never been able to get to the bottom of why he believed Jodi left her own house with Luke at tea time - whether he was told that, or just assumed it. Either way, he was wrong, but it could have had (and certainly appeared to have had) a real impact on how they (he, his immediate colleague, and those who turned up later) behaved.
