I got tuned in threw big five o and was buzzing for all the fights i aint on tiktok so didnt have a clue about any of them only the big five o fella. Started getting on the videos all the fights had the needle but all banter except from one man caz. He was putting on a show. never new to much about the show been for charity from him only other fighters doing there bit for there charity. Who was he donating to anyone know?. Anyway fight night never tried the paperview just the same again catching up on the videos coming out day buy day. Cracking fights for the standard no complaints and said to myself should have tuned in live. But hey ho then when the stream got cut for five o and jaspers fight a thought very suz.. could tell it was all about him on the open workout. Should have sussed him then peeps. then all i hear is bad about caz ripping off charity cause he got punched about.Karma my friend will collect in full. Sorry about the book but had to try get it off my chest

What a brilliant watch. Kris really has done well for himself , to come out of years in prison with a degree is amazing really but also his ideas on the penal system and how to improve things are so impressive , ppl in charge of the system need to open up and listen to ppl who have lived experience and Kris is perfect for that . I haven’t seen much of Sean’s stuff but I’ve subbed now and will be watching as I think him and Kris are really alike in many ways . It really does frustrate me that for year the justice system and all areas of government really have told us we want t earn form ppl who’ve lived experience , we want to take on different views and improve , well for once do what you said you wanted to cos there’s two guys who could do a hell of a lot of good!

Jon is brilliant, he never judges or is opinionated. I watched an interview with Richard Ramirez the night stalker and both sides of his face moved independently of each other as if he was fighting to keep one personality in charge, creepy as hell.

I was last in bar in 2017,it use tae be when ye met somebody,the first thing ye wurr asked was,where ye fae,how long ye doing n if ye got a smoke,noo the first thing yer asked is what meds ye on,met a cunt that was smoking buscapan😂😂up in lowmoss,cunts wae cocodamol habits,then spice n street vals hit,there was at least three blue lighted oot the place every day,where as when ye had yer tems n puff n a bitta smack n rarely coke,noo the synthetics have took err,brilliant podcast lads✌️😎✌️

What a fantastic episode! I totally admire both of u and listening to the intelligent converstion just had me geioped. Love all the stuff about how early intervention is so important, i think as a society we have to focus on what children are good and celebrate their sucess rather than what grades etc they may or may not get. We need a varierty of talents to make sucessful communties and there are so many talented young people just written off before they even start. Would love to see u guys with top jobs around helping improve the lives of young people, rather than some of the people we have incharge right now.

20:00 Mate that was such a good point you made about people’s drugs of choice being fear based. It’s a complex subject but you’ve definitely hit the nail on the head with that. Me personally the drugs I took (benzos & opiates) done exactly what you mentioned. It killed that part of me I was trying to hide from my entire life. It took me years to recognise that tackling addiction as a whole wasn’t going to work for me. I had to look at myself as an individual and what drives me to destroy myself with 2 primary drugs of choice, yet I had the will power to refuse certain other drugs such as hallucinogenics or party type drugs. That could be a whole podcast in its self that topic it would branch off into so many different avenues lol! Knew this one was going to be good!

God, this is great. Can listen to this guy all day and never be bored. Round about 19:30, John says about the cops always winning is spot on. When I was a kid I got into gang fighting and when the police turned up it was just like what John said. I'll always remember a copper giving me a deserved slap for being a wee cheeky bastard and him telling me " were the biggest team in Glasgow son, you want to carry on with this pish, the next time I'll not be so gentle". By christ it worked, straight as a arrow after that.😂😂😂 respect.
