i love the bergs, the beauty of them is their passive they move faster than regular infantry so you can get around areas and into flanks at a quicker speed, plus the Breda Upgrade they can mow down infantry just as well as Gusatori it just takes some investment to get there.
Gustatori are so tough that they can often just tank machine gun bullets from a vehicle as they retreat back to base, getting shot all the way. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they were one of the few units that gets changed in a big way, like getting their health cut in half, but letting them use smoke grenades more. I don't really know, smoke/flame throwers on the same unit was really hard to balance in the past, and these guys sure as heck aren't changing that. Also, those late-game tank call-ins used to cost no fuel; given that the game balance is generally pretty good, I'm a bit baffled as to why the Devs were so soft on DAK, even with the CoH2 pros they brought in outright telling them DAK was too strong.
i reckoned Panzer III in CoH3 is the equivalent of T-34 in CoH2. it's the cheapest all-round medium tank and perform less well than the others from the same class. but they are cheaper and can be brought to the field in larger number.
Note that most infantry can repair, Pios will repair the fastest and can fix criticals. Also, might want to mention that the early halftrack call-ins not only discount the unit but throw in a FREE halftrack! This is huge.
Great videos. How do you queue up these or orders, for example when ordering a first unit to take points one after another? What s the command? Thanks.
The game you're in while doing this Tut (which is awesome!), is there nobody on the other side like AI or anything? If so... how do you do that cause it won't even let me start a game without selecting an opponent?
does having multiple medic vehicles reinforce squads faster? If you keep your medical vehicle next to your base, does the base and the medic both speed the reinforcement rate?
Im sorry what? The 2 command point light tanks, that can be upgraded with flamethrowers, are underwhelming? No they are not. They are the reason i have won many battles with DAK. I take those more often than ive taken the guastatori infantry. Dont get me wrong the Guastatori are great, but you get a ton of Shock and Awe from the meager points of 450 manpower and i believe 30 fuel. 2 tanks with flamethrowers, that the enemy will have to scramble to deal with if you support them properly. Most dont even rock an AT gun at the time you get them out. They are not underwhelming, unless you get them too late. If you get them as fast as you can, they are great if you micro them. But it is true that guastatori also has late game potential, the light tanks do not.

funny, currently there is a tournament and none is using gustatory, in high level player they are countered easily
