    Thank you again. A question - to create the extrusion of the star, is it possible to dup the border rather than use mesh outline?
    Where/how can I down load the 3dm file of the signet ring? Is the designing of the ring in your Tutorial video #15.

      I think you can. however, the jewelry may still need to go over the surface with graver for a bright cut.

      I will suggest to boolean union all parts. however, as long as all the parts are solid, you can print them.
