They gave me a discount (made it $12) and I was DETERMINED to fix it. I used your exact same method and it is clean and totally usable now! You're awesome!
I'm really looking forward to seeing how you like the PM palette! I've been intrigued by her shadows for a long time, but can't decide to spend that much money or which palette to get.
For the blush palette you should have held it over a candle and softened it a little (after you took the insert out), and pushed it out using a pin or something like that it’s so quick and mess free. As for the shadows, you should have mixed it with alcohol and then put the eyeshadow paste back in the pan.

When I ordered my pml quad the two special shades came completely broken. Her shadows are so soft that they break so easily . Good video !
