I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

@@joannagrelle9879 So if the ball is 75 cm, this is for the “diameter” of the ball, right?
So my ball is 75 cm so should inflate to 2.5’ in “diameter”, correct?

    Hey Kaori,
The plug is just let loose a bit during the stretching period to make it easier to get out to finish inflating it. After it is fully inflated you can press the plug in fully so it is flush. If it is a bit to difficult to push the full way in you can use a bit of soap on it to make it a bit easier. I hope this answers your question and if you have any more, please don't hesitate to ask!

I am 5'11" and the 65cm is perfect for me! Your weight won't matter with the Forever Flex ball since it can hold up to 2,000 lbs. If you're looking to use it primarily for workouts I would definitely say 65cm will be perfect for you. If you want it as a desk chair, you can go up to 75cm.

I wanted to donate an exercise ball, but I did not have the written instructions only the inflator which had a sticker simply warning about over-inflation being dangerous. Your website explains how to inflate - and not over-inflate. Knowing this I searched but beforehand found videos that ONLY explain how to but air into a ball. Apparently if over-inflation does occur the ball may explode then or later and the user likely be injured!!

      Hey Candi,
The published size of an exercise ball ie 65cm, 75cm etc is always referring to the diameter of the ball. You can translate that to the circumfrence if you are measuring that instead. Just simply multiply the diameter by 3.14 and it will be almost dead on. For example, the 65cm diameter will have around 204cm circumference. 65x3.14= 204cm
