      @press rale At 1:00 the Captioning built-in reminds us that Bob has an Ataxia diagnosis; which affects his speech but does not at all affect his ability to think and work.

    That's exactly what i was searching for. There's shortage of stability exercises on the internet... 10 repetitions per exercise: 1. Abdominal curls 2:17 1.5. head to knee 2:50 2. Hamstring curls 3:17 3. Back reaches 4:04 4. Low back 4:50 5. Glutes bend/ straight with hamstrings 5:43 6. Push-ups 6:30 7. Core, lats 7:18 8. Glute bridge 8:12 9. Leg extensions 9:20 10. Quads 10:04

    Thank you for educating us on stability ball. I'm 60+, 5'1" and overweight. I've consulted with my Dr about exercising safely, was sent to physical therapist, be neither mentioned this stability ball. I had heard there are classes here somewhere in my small town that use this ball. I will definitely look into this as exercises you showed is exactly what I need to help strengthen my core.     I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

    I use a lot of these moves with my clients of all ages and abilities. The ball keeps the workouts fun and diverse. I find when you are focusing on keeping balanced the workout just flies by!

    Postpartum mom here, these are great for strengthening my body again. Very low impact but gives me a good workout strengthening my core!!

    I do simple traction extensions by laying over the ball on my stomach and on my back for up to half an hour each side.

    Still taking protein powder,collagen..40 grams ..mix...right leg seems stronger, feel middle bac muscles,walk faster but still Quasimodo...still use walker but slight up grade sidewalk, stronger.
