That is an Absolutely Brilliant Channel! Your style of teaching is truly inspiring! And you do these great Artists justice by showing how great these songs truly are! Keep up the great work!
What a truly GREAT Strummer You are Guitar Pilgrim! Not many guitarists seem to Really focus on The Acoustic guitar. It's in my view on of the most beautiful sounding instruments - if played with the right touch ... You have that Touch, such a pleasure just listening to the drive You have in the quite simple but also quite intricate chord progression, You really make this ABBA gem open up it's Secrets! Just some thoughts from a proud Swedsh ABBA-fan in Stockholm, (who also loves to strum a good acoustic guitar since 1963.)
GP, just a general note of "thank you" for all the work and expertise shared in all your tutorials on YT. You are yet another unique and talented guitar expert who offer in depth insights and perspective on so much music that is out there and from decades back here in America as well. And, your material on Abba is first-rate and enjoyable as well. Bravo, sir. You have another fan and subscriber/viewer here from the Beatles in the 60's era. You are one talented and inspired fellow.
GP is special because he teaches/highlights all dimensions, the chords, the intricate lead/solo individual note passages when/where appropriate, the left hand or strumming pattern to match time signature/beat, and what I would call the "flourishes" or embellishments where those elements help replicate the recording and make it the player's version sound more realistic and satisfying. I don't know musical theory much, but hope I've spelled out my points adequately. Bravo, sir.
At the risk of sounding patronising , really have enjoyed your work here- from a professional education angle your stuff is spot on. I am ceratianly sending my classroom students your way! Thank you.
Yesterday, a late train led me to meet a lovely bloke in an Abba tribute act (he had an interesting guitar case that caught my eye!) called Bjorn To Be. Today I'm back with my favourite supplier of Abba arrangements, expanding my far too limited repertoire. 🙂Cheers, Thom!
@@HondaWanderer Wow. Seriously? Yeah, capo interpolation. Hey, go b...ch to the guitar pilgrim cuz all his notation needs to be bumped up a whole step. LOL! Don't miss your proctologist appointment.

This was awesome! Old school classic. ABBA was way before their time! Thank you!

Brother, I love the way you stage the chord changes...showing the whole next line of chords, in advance, is simple and effective. TY.

What accent do you have? Can't pinpoint it.
You sound just like the guitar TH-camr Paul Davids...
I'm from holland, that probably explains the weird accent ;)
