- In today’s video I give a review of the levis 505 jeans. The levis 505 is a timeless pair of pants that come in a regular fit. In my opinion these are easily the best bang for your buck and best fitting jeans from levis.

I have 4 pairs of 505's. I have one light blue pair that I've worn the most for 5 years and the only distressing is frayed hems and the front right pocket has a little hole in it. So pretty damn durable indeed. They fit great over boots as well.

I just bought a pair for $16. I’m having trouble identifying when they were made but the care tag looks super old, the back patch has a brown stamp and they’re orange tabs

I don’t understand the hip sizing on Levi’s. I’m a 34 for every pair of pants. When I go TTS it’s really tight in the hip and butt area. So I normally go to a 35 and just wear a belt.
Mine have all measured out to the exact measurements so I’m not sure. I do prefer slightly sizing up in the waist though

Nope, as along as you go with your normal size in jeans. These fit really well if you have thicker legs/calves!

absolutely not, they're straight fit, unless your calves are somehow BIGGER than your thighs (only possible if you have some freakish tumor) large calves will absolutely not be a problem.

what sizing do you recommend? i enjoy a bit of stacking and a baggy look, but not too much. i’m 5’10 about 140. i ordered both 501 and 505 at 30x32, would that be sufficient?

@@WhatsTheHype.Landon they just came in, tried them on and they’re nice, but i might size up on waist a little. length was fine. but they’re actually pretty nice. get time getting used to cause i’m wear skinny jeans most of the time.

6'0 with a 30????? you must have stubby legs, I'm not an inch over 5'11 and I take at least a 32, no stacking. any time I wear a 30, you can see ankles and everything.
