As a uk citizen, these laws do not protect anyone. I bet you that the ones who made the law never even owned a knife in their life. So rather blame the knife, they need to focus on the people who committed the crime. Because it is a joke.
This is complete garbage I'm from UK. If a knife is over 2.5 inches and locks or is a solid blade no folding its banned. Nothing to do with writing at all it's complete nonsense this guys talking. No rule exists. A ZK is just street slang for a certain type of knife
