@@thurston383 Not true. Had my car done 2 years ago and I went for the legal darkest one for the rear windows. Any darker and its not road legal. There are limits in the uk. Not sure about the front screen though regarding black tint, probably a no no. Have a good 2023 btw!

Its bloody awful. I think its meant to emulate the BMW & Mercedes windscreens that have the heat reflective metallic coating, but its properly nasty.

Tint metres where created for tint that darkens your glass.
Chameleon changes the appearance as purpose rather than "tinting" it.
Not the same only the tint business generalising what they call applications to car glass
Haha in Australia police look at the value of the car then go from there haha so if you drive a old bomb and you apply dark legal tint they'll test it while getting gitty that there about to annoy someone
But you pull up in a modern Mercedes or BMW with black tint they'll not even bat an eye so to me it looks more like there trying to stop certain people from being hidden while driving while others are left alone and free to do what they want same goes for ride height ect

I saw a video yesterday of a copper pulling someone for tint, and thry Guy telling the copper to do the petrol car, the petrol car failed at 60 something ajd then tried giving excuses for why he could prosecute the guy but bot himself...wasn't absolutely disgusting....in the end the copper retracted because the guy wasjt having it, so thr copper said that it was "faulty machinery" even though he tested it and it was within 1% tolerance..... absolutely disgusting

Not all of chameleon tint is legal, anyway is lot of people which tint with normal films which is illegal as well
