Hey bro! I just wanna ask you something! Why did you choose the pathos sniper roller over the pathos laser carbon roller? I heard that there are differences in the muzzle. What’s your opinion? Thanks in advance
You cant compare these two spearguns. Carbon is lighter but not for heavy loadings. Roller spearguns need heavy shafts and powerful band and a strong barrel. Not just this, if you compare buoyancy, sniper need minimum 15meters but you can use carbon in shallow waters. Vibration, aim etc.

@@felix5648 hi, you think totally wrong about the carbon barrels. They bend, they are light they are weak not though. If you want to use a roller, you want distance at least 7 or 8 meters. Then you need a thick shaft between 7mm and 8mm. And if you want to throw that heavy shaft away, you need strong bands. Those strong bands could bend your barrel. It must to be strong enough. If it bend, because of you use a long barrel, that bends will ruin your shaft way and when the shaft left the barrel it will vibrate etc. You need aliminium or wood for roller. And there are some hybrid spearguns like El Greco, carbon and other meterials's alloy.I hope it'll help you. You need the understand the basics of spearguns. Why we use carbon or other materials. @@felix5648 the inner diameter of those carbon tubes is bigger than aluminum ones I really doubt they did not think about that when building their guns, never heard of issues with carbon tube guns. Better go to their website and ask any question to them, they surely know what are doing.
Hi there, I noted the recoil seems quite big? is because there is also a traditional rubber kicker bend that add recoil?
Roller systems allows recoil too much, you can look roi systems for less recoil.
Why do you guys from europe have these big powerful guns but you shot relatively small fish ? Seems like a 90cm dual band would be plenty whats the need for roller ?
Dalon French u r right! I think this is a manly thing, we like powerful guns. I dive in East Mediterranean sea. The visibility is not good but rarely we could see big fish and i bought roller because of it. You could see one of my last videos that i've seen a big tuna.

@@VolkanCicek45 ben 75lik derken sniper kastetmemiştim. Pathos Imvros ya da Pathos Pro alabilirsin. Sniper başlangıç seviyesi için ağır kaçar.

Actually, it depends on how deep you dive! If you dive in between 0-10 meters, it is not the perfect choice. Because of it is heavy combination (7mm shaft and 2x16mm rubbers on the spear) the maneuver is very bad. But if you dive deeper than 10 or 15 meters and the visuality of the water is good, the speargun works! My point is 7. Very long shots you can take also you can shot a tuna without thinking but the setup is little bit hard. You can set it up almost 30 seconds.
What brand of bands do you have on it
Do u have a double wrap on your line realise?
Nope, it has a one and the other one is a standart circle band.
