I think key to getting 3k a week is being in the right market
yeah also have to just commit to waiting in between trips which will end up having you work 50-60hrs a week if you want over 2k

If you are renting a Suburban for $600-$700/week, what other expenses besides gas, parking, airport fees and tolls are assuming as a driver? ie., Oil/filter Changes, Tire change, alignment &Rotation ... etc. Are these expenses covered by the fleet owner?
Finally, how many miles does the fleet owner allow you to drive per week, if any?

Well depends on the vehicle you have I tried it out with a Tesla for 3 months I was making 2,000 a week driving 8-10 hrs a day for 6 days a week
@@ismaelromero6185 yeah… that’s like 60 hours a week. 2000/60 is about $33 per hour gross. If you factor in the Tesla payments, insurance, Maintence, repairs, new tires, and depreciation: you probably make about $22-23 per hour. Not that good bro

And if you bought a Tesla to drive for Uber (which is very stupid to do, I hope you didn’t) what about the Tesla payments and depreciation?? And insurance?? Either way, you probably have about $500-$600 expenses a week. So now it’s not $2000 a week anymore. It’s more like $1400 a week, for 60 hours of work (you said it yourself) is about $22-$23 an hour. That’s the problem with most Uber drivers. You brag about your numbers. But you don’t know your numbers really. You just think you make $2000 but in reality is way less
@@andrewbrown4642 you’re right. Most jobs sucks. But here’s the thing: Lyft and Uber keep cutting drivers pay while expenses only getting bigger. So at what point you decide, it’s not worth it anymore ?

Please do not take seriously ridiculous rumors such as these. The only way to make money is earn it. You can do well with private clients, but keep in mind you must always run on schedule (which means a lot of padded time in between for airport pickups, delays, early arrivals, etc., etc., etc. And you can only drive one party at a time. If you get enough clients to make any real money, you have to have a network of people to work with you, and they will steal your clients, find out what your clients hate and psych them into thinking you are doing what they don’t like (gay, devil worshiper, Trump lover, Trump hater, been in jail, foreigner, some ethnic group, etc. etc. etc. It’s good to have solid nice people and not try to take on too much. Even then you will be picking people up at 3:30 - 4:30 in the morning and be at the airport at 2:30 the next morning. After a few days of this your heart will be out of rhythm and you will have gained weight from eating too much, all your clothes will be dirty, then your car will be in the shop for 3 days. There is not enough money in this work to always have a new, perfect car. Chinese app talk tells me you are not bright enough take this on.

Don't have enough time
The real money is in TH-cam/Tiktok UberJeep showed his checks from TH-cam, he only has 6k subs and is pulling $2k/ Month. Not a lot. But for 6k subs.......the potential is there.
And you don't have to sit in a car for 12/hours a day dealing with assholes, traffic, where are you going to use the bathroom....etc
Also you can get deactivated for nothing.......and what are you going to do then?

He’s only making a little over $22 an hour, it sounds good saying $3k a week but that same $3.2k/147+ hours is just getting by. You can make more doing regular Uber and Lyft.
