      Which country and city did you apply from? If you got your application to the German Embassy, please wait atleast 90 days. If there's anything wrong with your application they will email you and ask for more documentation, otherwise you should receive a visa decision soon. Good luck!

    I have done BSc. Computer Science (3yrs) and MCA(2yrs). On anabin database my MCA degree is listed as a 3 years course. Should I get it verified? Also I just graduated with my masters degree and have a job offer in India. I want to move to Germany next year with Opportunity Card. Is it a nice idea to move with less work experience?

    • @jacobiitk
      @jacobiitk  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      About your anabin recognition, I would suggest you call some visa agents near you, they will have a free session to clear your doubts, do that with a few agents to get the right answer.
      Moving abroad is always based on your end goal.. what is your aim in the next 10 years? what kind of life do you want to live? if you really want to move abroad, your current experience doesn't matter, just move asap and start your journey

    One thing I don't understand, so when will the 1 year start , after you move to Germany or from the day the visa is issued ??

    • @jacobiitk
      @jacobiitk  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It will start the day you land in Germany. So basically after your visa is approved, you have some months to think about relocation, plan your actual flight date etc. then when you land in Germany and get your passport stamped your 1 year starts then.

    Thank you so much sir for your informative video, Sir, I want to how much time they take to give decision after the interview ? can you tell me if I could not managed a full time job within a year, can I extend the visa for two years ? in the German website they said it can be extended up to 2 years under certain circumstances. my question what is the certain circumstances? thank you so much.

    • @jacobiitk
      @jacobiitk  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Visa decision just give it 90 days as a conservative time. Yes u can extend the visa for 2 more years, my calculated guess is that it depends on if you really applied to many jobs, did you get any interviews, is your job in demand, have you been doing part-time casual jobs to support yourself, do you have earnings from your part-time jobs that helped your stay. And if u have been learning German or making an attempt to integrate with society, that'll be a good thing too

    HI Jacob thanks for details. 1 question - If someone having 12L+ money in account for a year. Do, still they have to fix money in Expatrio and Take health insurance of germany for applying this visa? just in case someone not get this visa, its 12L. what can be done to get that back.

    • @jacobiitk
      @jacobiitk  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You need to transfer your 12L money in a "blocked account" not necessarily Expatrio, you can also do it in any indian bank account. Ask your bank about a blocked account and transfer money there. And in the worst case you do not get the visa, Expatrio or your Indian blocked account will give you back your entire money, no problems.

    As you told there are 2 pathways and you discussed about 2nd pathway.
    in 1st what you mean by "proof of recognition from relevant German authority" , is this about ZAB verification ECA ?

    • @jacobiitk
      @jacobiitk  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      in 1st option, you most likely dont need ZAB. but sometimes it may ask you to do a SOC (statement of comparability) by ZAB. you'll have to check your specific circumstance on the website.
      When i said 'proof of recognition from relevant german authority', i was actually referring to ZAB under option 2 sorry

      it depends on your education, if you did either a 3 or 4 year degree or vocational training 2 years + 2 years work experience, then you may be eligible to apply for the visa. Maybe my ZAB video might be useful - th-cam.com/video/vLy0sjornT0/w-d-xo.html

    I'm having a WFH job in IT. Once I move to Germany with this visa, I can still continue my job till I get a new job and search for opportunities in Germany, right?

    • @jacobiitk
      @jacobiitk  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This is difficult to answer because there's some legalities involved. First of all you need to let your employer know that you will be working from a different timezone and how to manage that etc and hopefully they are ok with that. The next big thing is 20hr/week rule in Germany. So officially you are only allowed to work for 20hrs/week while on a Job opportunity card visa.... sorry I don't have a definite answer but hope these points helped u. But you idea is great, hope it works out for you!

    Hi Jacob, if I dont want to open a blocked account and instead get a sponsorship from relative staying in Germany, what should be the salary of the relative if they wish to sponsor me.

    • @jacobiitk
      @jacobiitk  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes, a relative can sponsor you. you can check this link: chancenkarte.com/en/news/declaration-of-commitment/
      so they check for the "creditworthiness" of the sponsor. for salary, my guess is that they will check if your sponsor is able to save an extra 500 euros per month after all expenses (I'm assuming you are staying with your sponsor) and they might check other factors too like credit score maybe
