If you are driving a Prius, then no good sir, I can assure you that you are NOT going the speed limit! Lol I drive semi, mainly around California, and I regularly pass Prius' going up hills, down hills, wide open roads, and they have a higher speed limit than I do! Whenever I see a Prius I try to get away from it, because you can expect they will do something stupid! I suspect that Toyota has the speedometers adjusted to make you think you are going faster than you are, either that or most Prius drivers are just bad hypermileing drivers... Sheesh (OK, maybe you are the one passing me fast enough that I don't notice you, but that's as rare as the Bears winning a game...)

I'm a rural northern California boy that spends time in the Northwoods of Minnesota. I am always impressed with the way Minnesotans like to tailgate. There are few passing lanes in MN and fewer pullouts. When I put on my blinker and pull way over on the shoulder they don't understand that I'm trying to let them pass. When they do finally pass (after I've come to a full stop) they don't drive any faster than they did when they were riding my ass. I think they tailgate because they like to be close, not because they want to drive any faster than me.
Don't listen to the guys directing parking at the stadium, make sure your tailgate opens to a lane. Don't forget you wineskin filled with Dr. McGillicuddy to mix with hot chocolate. Bring some small bills so you can buy some squares.
