Newer yes, snappier idk about that. I will agree with you the battery had issues with heavy use on the s20fe, but this is what exynos is known for as well. I traded my s20fe, for the s24+, and really do miss it for its more ergonomic design and weight.

On Android 6.1, it no longer has the option to change the gestures to how I have it on the S20 fe. That's how I've been using the gestures for years. So now I will have to go back to the buttons. Thanks for watching
@@Mike.Tech. its not a real issue as for me. All my banking I do on my computer. Android 13 even without safety patches is going to run my stuff for a long time and new functionalities that android 14 or 15 will bring are not that revolutionary.

A55 is more aesthetic and gets longer support.

The real issue of S20Fe is the heat and the consequent battery drain. A55 is just plain newer and snappier.

You should've used gesture navigation in both devices
