The S20FE 5G does well for a near4 year old phone. When I got mine on £100 discount from Argos in November 2020, any other android phone would be too expensive or lack features and hardware for similar price. After that, it had to be the S23 Ultra I got direct from Samsung with £200 cashback and free Buds 2 Pro last year. As good as the A55 is, it lacks the proper telephoto I take for granted. The A55 handles HDR slightly better in a couple of situations, but the S20FE 5G wasn't far behind.

The a55 has a front camera with hdr and adaptation to dark environments much better than the s20 fe, in addition to also having a better adaptation to light, but the s20 fe has an extremely better stabilization that I didn't notice in the video, because maybe you didn't activate the stabilization in the settings manually, great comparison, but a top of the line will always have advantages in processor functions, among others, such as optical zoom, even after so many years

On your a35 vs a55 test, the a55 was not good in selfie, a'd on a lot of photos it was under a35. On that new test, the a55 looks good on selfie and photos with main lense. Is it because it is compared to s20 or is it due to updates on a55?

Nope, I only received the update on Friday I think. By then I had already taken all the pics and videos and was finishing editing the video. I don't think the update has brought any improvement to the cameras. Thanks for watching the video. Stay safe.

you didnt have to embarass poor old A55 like this, with a phone that was released 4 years ago! after all its the newest budget phone, cant see it loosing to a 4 year old S 20 FE😢
