That is no crime in Germany - maybe a "Ordnungswidrigkeit" (sorry no idea how to translate that) but only if someone feels offended - which would be most likely not the case here. Story #4 Back when I worked as a security guard, my husband and I were two of the guards assigned to patrol an apartment complex in the county seat. Our main job was to watch out for vandals and kids out past curfew, but we also came up with a tactic to enforce the handicapped parking laws in the complex because we saw SO many cars without placards parking in the spaces! We developed a “Parking Violation” paper on our computer at home (in two parts), and we’d leave one part under the windshield wiper of the violator’s vehicle and put the other one with the night’s report in the rental office, both of which had the info on it (date, make, model, violation, etc.). I can only hope the office sicced the cops on the offenders!
    As a volunteer firefighter and pet owner (three cats at the moment, but I’ve had dogs in my life too), I feel for the poor dog and human in the last story. Those next-door neighbors were not only insensitive clods, but they could’ve also had their fire spreading because they let it get so big AND didn’t monitor it constantly the way you’re supposed to! In our county, you have to make sure you don’t live in an area with a ban on open burning (like within town limits), you have to notify Dispatch of the starting/ending time of your fire, you can’t fire up a burn pit or pile on windy days or during severely dry conditions, AND there are restrictions on what you can and can’t burn! I’ve responded to plenty of open-burning complaints that violated any or all of the above, and don’t even get me started on the number of field or mountain fires that resulted from idiots lighting burn piles on windy, dry days! OP could’ve called the fire department on the neighbors, and not only would we have come and put out their fire, we could cite them for violations as well, which means their next encounter with us would involve the FIRE MARSHAL! Take THAT, idiots!

  • @Kinsfire
    @Kinsfire ปีที่แล้ว +14

    With the last story, the worst part of it was that the neighbor actually decided to do a non-verbal 'screw you' to the poster, as evidenced by the poster seeing him gesturing AT HIM, and ensuring that more burnables went on the fire. So yeah, building the fence so that they can't use the fire pit again? I'd do the same.

I would also include a section in the letter that says that a discretely hidden camera will be installed to watch your mail box/property in 3 days time.
    There are also ways to signup the neighbor to get a ton of junk mail. Like signing them up for free trial subscriptions for magazines, newsletters, charities, catalogs, etc. A quick google search can find lots of things you can get in the mail for free. Just don't do too much as a guy was actually charged with harassment for signing up someone to get a LOT of junk mail.

    I hope that OP from first story goes to the post office and asks to speak to the post master. My husband is a postman and I've been informed not only is it federal government taking care of it but the mailbox itself is considered property of the post office and anyone who tampers with it besides the owner is a criminal offense as well.

    Story 5 (flirty and fired): A couple good friends wound up in very hot water because of girls like this. One was discharged from the military because of (false) allegations of sexual assault. The other wound up in prison because of (equally false) allegations.
    The c🤬t responsible for the discharge did it as retaliation for him not flirting back. Besides being ugly inside and out, she's (somehow) married.
    The c🤬s responsible for the imprisonment were coached by their mother, and had already landed several other men, including their own father, in prison.
    These girls (they're too immature to be called "women") are the reason REAL victims aren't taken seriously.

    I’m trying to understand how hitting someone could ever be seen as “flirty.” I have flirted, and have been flierted with, and there was NEVER abuse involved. That just sounds like an oxymoron to me.

    Stolen mail has to be reported to the post office. They have their own police. Ignore the regular police for stuff like this. They cannot be bothered. It's like going to the FBI because your cat is in a tree. By the way our fire department told me they don't rescue cats stuck on a roof. I had to help my neighbor myself and figure out how to get an unknown cat off their roof before it died from lack of water. They didn't get me until 3 days had passed they said so I was in a panic until I found out from them it would move at night when it wasn't as hot up there and located a window above a lower roof line I baited with catnip and food and water in that room. Little old ladies cannot climb up on roofs. Thanks fire department. That is apparently Hollywood movie nonsense. The cat lived.
