Thanks again for this great video. In 2024, I plan on visiting and looking at some places for myself. Elysian at the Palms was on my list because of location to the strip and me working from home, kinda made sense to get that feel of living “in Vegas” out of the way. Didn’t make your list. Hmm. Vested and UnCommons and EVO for sure on my list. The Apex and Ascend are very interesting…
I know it was tough because I had to cut some out, I'll be making another one that's similar soon. I like the Elysian properties but there known for there fees out here. But don't get me wrong they offer amazing lifestyle ☺

Where would you rank Jade Apartments?
Honestly when I visited them at the time, I really liked them they are very nice inside. Now, because it’s so close to the strip you will see homelessness everywhere, but I really did like the inside ☺️
