Hi Caroline, I just visited this property today as I'm on the hunt for a place to move into in the next month or so. That said, I had mentioned to the agent that I went there because of you and she giggled and was appreciative of you bringing people their way. If I may add to any fellow viewers, if you're looking at this place, and you're from out of state and yet to find employment, they may possibly ask for 3 months rent upfront. She also explained that if you already have a job lined up prior to coming, like a transfer, be sure to provide that paperwork so you possibly don't need to pay the 3 months upfront. This is to protect their interest as some people will sign a lease and just dip out on them. That all said, I think I'm going to choose this place as my place to land into when I'm finally moving to Vegas.

This makes me so sad. That mall used to be so lively, every store was open. It was the place to go especially for the outlet stores. We used to stay at those 3 hotels alot with our free comps, then drive into Las Vegas. My daughters loved that arcade and roller coaster, we never did the log ride. Thanx for the tour😢

The apartment complex, especially the common ares, looks really nice! Having a backyard is a plus. The first apartment(2bed/2bath) looked nice but I think they could've done better. The living room looks small and not sure why newer construction with 2+ beds don't have a side by side refrigerator. Also, I hate stackable washer/dryers. Great video🤙🤙
