Definitely ordering this! I’m looking to vent out of our side door in the garage with an inline fan, could you recommend a good 6” exhaust hose?

I have reduced my 6" fan down to 4" tube, so I can't really recommend any particular hose.

I would like to order this for S1 and F1! If I keep the stock fans in the machine and run an line more powerful fan, is it still a big improvement or the stock fans in the machine if I don't remove them negate the added benefit (ie they just get in the way and cant handle the added air flow).

Yes, there's still quite an improvement if you don't remove the internal fan. With nearly 30% more area for airflow, and a larger hose, it works great. I do suggest at least a 400CFM inline fan, which will probably be a 6" fan. Most of the smaller 4" fans do not have enough airflow.
