    Very useful information Vinod garu. If plot is bounded by roads what is the position. Can we select any one road and ignore the other and treat as normal set backs. Please clarify

    Hello Sir, I bought 165 sq yards plot and I saw entire video but my doubt is with which number we need to multiple those(for ex 5 feet with..??) and overall setback how much I will loose in 165 sq yards and road is 30 feet west facing 165 sq yards plot..Please give reply Sir

      He said UPTO 40 feet road width.....so it also includes roads with less width then 40 feet....ie 20 ft, 30 ft roads etc....
