    డబ్బులు తీసుకొని రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేస్తారు, కరెంటు ఇస్తారు, నీరు ఇస్తారు తరువాత అక్రమం అంటారు. కోర్ట్ కూడా అన్నీ తీర్పులు ఇస్తాయి కాని అప్రూవ్ లేని లేఔట్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయకూడదు అని మాత్రం చెప్పదు. ఇదే మన దేశంలో న్యాయం.

      ధర్మవర్తనులైన మధ్యతరగతి ప్రజలు ప్రభుత్వాల ను ,ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థల ను కింద తరగతి పేద ప్రజల ను, నేతల విరగబాటు తనాలను తమ కష్టం తో పోషిస్తూ నరకం అనుభవిస్తూ జీవచ్ఛవాలు గా బ్రతుకులు ఈడుస్తున్నారు

      ప్రభుత్వాలే దగ్గర ఉండి ఈ అన్యాయాలని ప్రోత్సహిస్తోంది తెలియకుండానే..... రెండు మూడు రకాల చోట్ల రికార్డులు మెయిన్టెయిన్ చేస్తూ జనాలని ముప్పతిప్పలు పెడుతున్నారు... భూమికి సంబంధించిన సమస్త సమాచారం ఒకే ఒక చోట ఉండాలి,,,ఈ భూమండలం మీద భూమిపెరగదు , అందువల్ల ఉన్న సమస్తమైన భూమినీ ఒకే చోట చక్కగా నమోదు చేసి ఈ ద్రోహులనుండి సామాన్యులని కాపాడండి మహాప్రభో

      Correct... Problem entante approvals vachelopu 1st time registration chesthundhi... Then present owner is victim.. his plot is not as per approvals.. he cannot sale if registration are stopped...
      Moral: society needs rules to talk.. loopholes to live..

    సామూహిక అతిక్రమణ (mass violations) , తదనంతర క్రమబద్ధీకరణే (subsequent regularisation) మనం అనుసరిస్తున్న ప్రజాస్వామయంలోని అతి పెద్ద లోపం. న్యాయస్థానాల తీ‌ర్పుల అమలులో అలసత్వం కూడా దీనికి తోడౌతున్నది. విధినిర్వహణలో బాధ్యతారాహిత్యానికి పాల్పడుతున్న ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులపై ప్రభుత్వాలు చర్యలు తీసుకోలేక పోవడం ఈ దుస్థితికి మూల కారణం. మన దేశంలో చట్టాలు ఎంత కఠినమైనవైతే, వాటివల్ల ప్రభుత్వోద్యోగులకు అంత ఎక్కువ అవినీతికి పాల్పడటానికి ఆస్కారం లభిస్థున్నది. తప్పుకు ఇరు పక్షాలవారు బాధ్యులైనా గానీ , అతిక్రమణలకు తావిస్తున్న ప్రభుత్వ విధానాలు, విధినిర్వహణలో అలసత్వం ప్రదర్శిస్తున్న ప్రభుత్వోద్యోగులపై కఠిన చర్యలు లేకపోవడం వల్ల నష్ఠపోతున్నది ఏతా వాతా సామాన్యులే. ఇది విచిత్రమైన పరిస్థితి కదా?చట్టాలు ఎంత కఠినమైనవైనా గానీ వీటి అమలులో ప్రభుత్వ తీరు, అలసత్వం; ప్రభుత్వోద్యోగుల బాధ్యతా రాహిత్యాల మూలాన ఆశించిన ఫలితాలను పొందడం దుర్లభమని గతంలో చాలా చా‌లా సందర్భాలలో ఋజువైనది కదా. పై అవకరాలకు లోపభూయిష్ట చట్టాలు కూడా జత కలుస్తున్నాయి అని భావించడంలో తప్పులేదు. ఈ చట్టాలన్నీ కాగితాలకే పరిమితం అనే భావన ప్రజలలో ఏర్పడడం అతిశయోక్తి కాజాలదు. చట్టాల అమలులో అలసత్వం వహించిన వారికి న్యాయస్థానాలే శిక్షలను ఖరారు చేయడం సబబు కాగలదు.

    ఇది చాలా అన్యాయం. మాకు 2015లో BRS కై 20000 వరకు అయింది. ప్రొపెర్టీ TAX మీద కూడా ఈ కొలతలు ప్రకారం 1500 వరకు ప్రతి సంవత్సరం FINE రూపంలో కడుతున్నాను. ఇప్పుడు BRS కాదంటే మాలాంటి వాళ్ళం నష్టపోయినట్లే

    idk about BRS ,
    but LRS is only given by authorities after cross verification of land titles, payment of NA,
    min 30 feet road,
    Charges for change of land use,
    exempting Master plan roads,
    Defense, railway FTL, pond, Highway with min distance of 100feet .
    Later u can apply for Building permission on LRS plot .
    If u get LRS permission to your plot your all good to go.
    Dont overthink about LRS approved plots.

    Anchor/ Interviewer needs proper training to conduct recorded interviews. It is annoying to hear two voices at same time. Just because you have a question, you can't abruptly interfere when other person is speaking. There should be only one voice at a time. Listening is more important than questioning.

    Sir.. iam from vizag. In vizag there is a pent house in 8 th floor this has BRS in 2008. The seller is land lord and go and built this pent house in 2015 .
    This landlord has given some area of this apartment complex for road widening, and got permission for extra 3 floors as compensation.
    Sir.. though the 7 floors were built in 2004 but this pent house is built in 2015.
    Sir kinfly guide me whether i shall buy this or not?

Registration Process నే పగడ్బందీగా సరిచేసి ప్రజలకి మేలు చెయ్యొచ్చుగా? వ్యాల్యుయేషన్ కోసం ఉసి కోసం ధరఖాస్తు చేసుకుంటే ఎలా ఇస్తున్నారో … కొనుక్కునేవారికి ఈ భూమి, ఈ ప్లాట్ కి ఎలాంటి వివాదాలు లేవు అని ఓ సర్టిఫికెట్ ఇస్తే సరిపోతుంది కదా? పక్కాగా రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయించుకోగలిగితే చాలు మళ్ళీ ఇవన్నీ దేనికి?
    పెళ్ళి చేసుకున్నాక కొన్నాళ్ళకి మళ్ళీ పెళ్ళి చేసికోవాల్సిందే ఆఫీసుల్లో అనినట్టుంది!
    ప్రభుత్వాలు సులువైన పద్ధతుల్ని వదిలేసి చిక్కు ముళ్ళు పడవలాంటి పద్ధతుల వైపు ఎందుకు ఆలోచిస్తున్నట్టు? కొత్త కొత్తవి పుట్టించి సమస్యల్ని పెంచుతున్నారు! పర్మిషన్ ఇచ్చాక పర్మిషన్ ప్రకారం కట్టుకోకపోతే చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి! అప్పుడు జనం కూడా జాగ్రత్తగా ఉంటారు!

    Government bodies won't form sufficient layouts and allot for their citizens, hence all these illegal layout s problems all over the country. This issue to be taken seriously by respective governments and solve for wellbeing of their citizens.

    Thanks sir. But with 100% penalty on annual tax after 2008, there is no assurance of future safety of building 😢. That means polity always want public to be at their feet. Status of SC also not for common man, only for Polity.
