Luna and I walk parts of Fishing Lake Road, (which is actually more of a track) that follows a hydro cut along the southern edge of the Canadian Shield north of Kingston, Ontario.
Specifically I am looking for the rare Prairie Warbler which is known to breed in the area. Also found here are Golden-winged Warblers and Blue-winged Warblers which I hope to see and take pictures of. Golden-winged and Blue-winged Warblers hybridize and hybrids include Brewster's and Lawrence's Warblers, which have phenotypic characters of their own.
Gorgeous photography Todd. You always capture the very best of nature. The detail and texture of the birds, and their feathers, is very pretty. As are their songs. I love this quaint rustic road. Great for being close to nature. Another excellent video, thank you! Pat
