I think the student in the video did remarkably well.
I'm 10 years younger and my knees have gone, I wish I could still swing as well as this chap. 👍👏

More like this please. As a senior golfer myself, its nice to see advice that applies to us.

Thx to his older gentleman (sry, didn't hear you name said) for having the courage to show your limitations and allowing Russ to get your posture and swing on the right path. Even though i'm not a senior quite yet, i'm sure there're golfers your age range and older that suffer from the same thing(s) and will benefit from this lesson, along w/ yourself. GL to improving your swing and making this great game more enjoyable.

Andrew is great guy and good golfer. I’ll continue to find others who don’t mind being recorded

As a struggling 62 year old my recent swing thoughts are 'finish the swing', that seems to help a lot with rotation (even though it hurts lol ). Just gone from 10 to 15 in the space of 6 months due to weather and injury.

I’ll be adding more lessons that are relatable moving forward which will really help

Live lessons are the best and the one's most amateurs can relate to instead of using athletics pros as an example

Great advice for anyone over 50. I am 70 yrs of age and thought I would have to give up the game due to back problems. I have made these changes, and what a difference. I would like to see some videos on stretches

These aren't golf shoes. I often wear trainers. These are British-made from Grenson.

Is he your Father! Im 65 still off 5 prob parly due to doing a lot of golf related strength and conditioning in lockdown and still keeping some of it going! Also wear a disgusting compression vest that helps me carry which also strengthens my back
Plus i regularly swing a yard of thick rope that helps body movement and mobility (hardly any of you will do this) and like every good golfer that ever lived i learnt to bounce a ball on a wedge (none of you will do this!)

I am 70 and disheartened, realising that I have that restricted mobility 😢

This is going to happen to all of us sooner or later. A major part of golf for me is the freindship and the banter as well as the 19th. Don't let failing ability deter you from playing, golf is much more than having a good handicap!

Great stuff, but once you become a Sr. that advice will become even better
