Hi Carla! So it is not 100% exempt but it can have tax exemption to a certain amount. It all depends on your disability rating and what jurisdiction you are in. It is important to know your disability rating before you apply for a VA loan that way you can get the full benefits up front from the lender and also from the great state of Georgia! I recommend contacting your State VA office and the Georgia VA office to find out more information.

Is Stone Mountain considered a state park

HI! Yes, Stone Mountain is a state park. Benefits at the park is a all attraction pass at $24.95 with military ID. This is compared to $59.95 for non-veterans. Stone Mountain is a must see if you haven't been. There are plenty of attractions, entertainment, hikes and the laser show. I always enjoy my time there. You can also get a GA State Park Parking Pass at a 25% discount to help with parking cost. GA State Park Parking Pass has to be picked up in person. Hope this helps!
