Yung article po applicable lang if the offender (the one who entered the house) is a public officer, for example a policeman. Hindi po sya applicable sa private individual. If private individual po, either trespass to dwelling (bahay) o trespass to property (lupa) ang tawag sa krimen. Lupa po ba ang tinutukoy nyo? Pasensya na po for the delayed reply masyadong busy po ako sa work.
