    Ciao Luke... Troppo bello!!! I'm Sicilian, I'm from Cianciana, living outside Sicily.
    I appreciate your personal point of view about Sicily and about adventure on this land.
    Cinematography is impressive.

    Thanks for providing the tour of the cockpit! A good friend from the island of Crete once described the Ape as a Vespa PX on three wheels. Loved the part of the episode where the bread guy shows up at the camp site too. Brings back a lot of good memories from my time living along the Med. Great series, Luke.

      Thanks John! Yeah that’s a great way to describe it definitely just a Vespa with a little truck bed haha so glad you are enjoying the series :) 7 more episodes to go 👍🏽

    Great series and concept…I love the cinematography the times when it breaks through. My family lives there and we return for four or five weeks every year…next time is Summer 2024…I hope that after the series there might be a short film highlighting the beauty of the island. Your cinematography talent is obvious and I think you could do it justice. I am always fascinated and at the same time calmed by the beauty and the contrast between the ancient and the modern aspects coexisting in every aspect of daily life. Can’t wait for the next episode. Well done!

    I am enjoying your videos. I was born in Cianciana in 1950 and am living in Canada since 1958. I have visited Cianciana a few times to see my cousins. I am wondering how you are filming yourself from a distance while you are in your vehicle. FYI "passero" is pronounced with the accent on the first syllable and means "sparrow".

      Hey Tom! Distant shots where either a camera on a tripod or drone shot. I have a full video breakdown of how I filmed the series coming in a couple weeks :)

    Can you drive and park Apes places 'normal' cars cannot go?
    I know Italy they have a class of microcar.

    • @LukeRenard
      @LukeRenard  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey man sorry for the late response. I think there is a little bit of an unsaid rule that you can park it place you cant normal cars. Partially due to the size and the fact that it just fits in a lot of places cars cant and because it follows more of the rules of where you can and cant go with a vespa or scooter.
