i believe i tore mine in July 2022..swelled up, could walk for weeks,couldn't climb couldnt jog,still cant. i laid in bed for a and a half now waiting for it to heal..i'm 48 years old.i've been out of work for this whole time and now i can stand on my leg for about an hour tops
