I really like the teleportation abilities, both the short range and the bow. Teleporting behind an enemy was my favorite combat feature in Vampyr, I’ll definitely try and use it a lot

So this is like AC Odyssey where all the coolest and game-changing abilities were from the Atlantis DLC, released later than all the other content
I'm still trying to beat ac Odyssey first
Except all of your Hugr Abilities are temporary in the DLC & unavailable in the corporeal world......at least Odyssey had you find the best abilities in-game permanently and are capable of freely switching between them at any time and anywhere.
This new weapons and abilities look awesome but I gonna use dual short swords on my Twilight Armor during this DLC, only using the new weapons for complete the Ubisoft Challenge but I'm a short sword freak 🗡😄
I wish they made cool godlike abilities like they did in odyssey that you could use in the base game.
Thats why i hated this game. Odyssey gave me what i wanted. Plus the best builds you can make. When i came to this game i was let down

I don't think any outfits or wepons are going to be locked in or outside the dlc exeot for the hugar power wgicth is probably dlc only

I still want to be able to equip 4 of the abilities at a time, not just 2. And also be able to use them in the base game. So far the best thing about Dawn of Ragnarok has been the Twilight armor and axe haha.

Kinda wish there was a lighting power. Like you can feel like thor for a second. Each weapon as a different ability with lighting
It would be cool to be a werewolf or an actual vampire in the game just thinking like with the store skins but actual takedowns and becoming an actual werewolf but just thinking out loud.

I and many others can't play this dlc when it comes out. Bug in Forge and the Flame currently makes all the people in Ravensthorpe go to a wedding that won't start.

Still isn’t worth $40. An expansion still set within Valhalla shouldn’t be promoted as something new, it still looks like Valhalla. An expansion that’s been crunched down that’s $20 less than the main game is insane.
It’s a 45 hour expansion. 40$ doesn’t seem high at all. It’s basically a new game. You’re just an incredibly cheap person that expects too much.

AC3 was the first I think to have animal morphing . But it was only for certain levels in the DLC .
Hi guys, I think I'm getting a glitch, my Hugr Rip only refills up to around 90%, so I had to keep healing when trying to cross the first lava area.
I got the 2nd upgrade and it helped, because my first bar now refills fully, but the second bar still gets stuck at 90%, so I effectively only have 1.9 Hugr bars when filled to max.
Does anyone else get this glitch?
Hey jor do I need to have completed the Odin quest line to play this DLC? I have over 200 hours in Valhalla but I never completed the Odin story line (just couldn’t get into it)

Using powers outside the dlc doesn't have to make sense. The shinobi armor doesn't make sense but it's still cool. I'd like to be able to play NG+ with hugr powers as well. It would change up the game experience and allow for more experimentation. It would also provide more incentive to replay the game. The DLC looks great, nut for 40 euro I'd want those powers in the base game as well. That would push me over the edge to get it for full price. This way, I'll wait for a sale.

I can already see the powers least used will be the ones that you have to look for especially like the raven one. The fire and frost enemy powers will be the most used because those are you enemies.
It sounds cute the whole 'having to interact with the world' to use these powers but for a gameplay mechanic its bascially shit, why bother with them when you can spam you regular skills or just regular weapons. It's like those single use items that just pile up in the invertory in most RPG games.

@@LordXadro but when your skill ceiling gets higher you start to find more creativity and fun in mechanics and weapons and armor. Like when you get better at a shooter you might be able to try sniping and find joy in that. It’s different but viable

I can't figure out how to use Odin's powers! I can activate the one power I just got, but I'm stuck at that first door with the Dwarven couple who gave Odin a bracelet of power. I also am not being given the option to juice the life force from the fire demons. It only gives me the option to carry them or stuff a bomb in them, even when the new ability power is exhausted. What am I doing wrong? Gah!
