I wish you could just go to Hytham and ask for a random assassination target. Doing the 3 daily quests is fine but they're always just 3 or 4 guys walking a long a road or rescue a guy from the same one or two camps. Why not put targets inside towns, castles etc with a huge guard presence just to give end game players a challenge

i wish the native american outfit and weapons could be upgraded to mythical. I understand why they're stuck at superior level because it makes more sense in terms of logic and aesthetics. But Ubisoft doesn't even have to change their appearance, so i don't see why they can't do it.
Important thing is if you want to save some upgrade materials you can do so with helix items since everything you get from helix store will be same level as your currently owned most upgraded item of the type. So for new ppl who are interested in getting helix stuff before buying I suggest to pick 1 fav set of armor 1 weapon 1 bow and 1 shield from what you can get for free or already have, max it all out and then everything you buy from helix store will be maxed too!
@@alexjenkins4066 one of the issues is that even on normal difficulty once you've got one legendary weapon the bosses are easy, thy are just too predictable and I find no issue. My first zealot fight was much more difficult lol.
Another thing you can do is defog all of your maps. Best way to start is to walk on the boundaries all the way until you’re back to where you started. Then go to all of the black, fog areas.
I know this is nine months ago, But I just want to give a tip to some starting players. If you’re in dire need of leather and armor, do the river raids. You can get 70-80+ leather and iron in the smaller chests. Another tip, don’t start the raid with your crew, go in, in advance and clear the camp, THEN call in your crew to loot the supply chests. I thought I was the only one who did the Clear-then-raid strategy on rivers. It takes time, but it’s much easier to do that than lose your entire crew in a head-on battle. I do wish the raids gave Raw Materials and supplies, though. I don’t mind the upgrade mats, I just wish there was an easier way to do settlement upgrades.

Lame. You can recruit a 100 jomvikingers. ALL OF WHOM want to enter Valhalla. You only need 1 alive at the end of your raid. Take em with. It's a lot more fun. I just wish I could issue orders. Some insist on going to valhala early.
they should have separate option like division series where you can watch video intel collected or audio clips.. anytime you want...if you missed out them 1st time because of glitch...
In conclusion: Not much 😐 I’ve completed the story and there’s nothing exciting to do 😕 Post river raids patch:LOL river raids were a fucking joke. I was expecting it to be super repayable but all it was was super copy and repastable for Ubisoft. The raid locations are so uninspired it’s crazy lmao. River raids suck and after you spend your time grinding for a reskin of an armor set already in the game you’re back to square one. Still waiting on wrath of the druids 😓. 2nd edit:Wrath of the druids came out and surprisingly I’m pretty entertained and I have plenty of stuff to do😃. Ubisoft delivered in that aspect for sure👍
There are totally less replayable things (hope the river raids change that) compared to Odyssey, but have you really done everything I noted here in the video?

Im enjoying the freedom that this game offered. Im enjoying the adventure and exploration more than the main story, and im planning, if possible, to finish all adventures before the main story.
I got a lot of runes by going around and collecting all the chests from all the locations. Not the wealth, the chests the smaller gold dots. Tons of runes and supplies so now when the river raid update comes out you can upgrade your settlement quicker too
The Ragnar quest has been live for a long time. You just kill all of ragnars warriors then you get a quest to go to the snake pit where he died. It plays a cutscene and at the end you jump in the pit and get Ragnars dagger

For people like me who clear the area and then play the story of that area the only thing you have to do is getting Mjölnir because you need the full set of the Thor armour for that and for the cape you need all medallions after that there isn't nothing to do besides doing Reda daily missions that take like 5 mins so ya not very exciting.
I am on 170 hours of playing. And I completed every single thing in the game I hope that DLC expansions have more mystery and world events so I can play this game a little longer with out getting bored.

You will be poor. I finished the story with 1000 silver. Never went above 10,000 you dont need silver honestly. You will get enough to do everything you want/ to do throughout the game.
Everything you mentioned I had already completed at around the same time as finishing the main story. Once I had the platinum I was like .. 🤔🤔 what to do now? I loved Valhalla but I was disappointed at the end because there was nothing left for me to do, unlike Origins and Odyssey where I still had stuff to do after getting the platinum, I’ll just wait now until the DLC release 🤙
Same here man. I’ve definitely focused on more than the main story, but I’m like 110 hours in and haven’t finished the game. If you ask me, half of the main story has felt like filler and some regions are a chore to get through.
Also just wanna say you can do Reda's bounties for opals, and get items from his store that you would normally have to have helix credits for. Not only useful for the end game, but also the wallet.
Love the game but I am pissed that 1. I have an 8th mystery in Vinland that is glitched and I can't complete and 2. I have spent a ton of coin on buying tattoos and hair styles and I can't even use them to customize Eivor. Oh well. Thank you for these videos and keep up the great work!

although I enjoyed the game it was the glitchiest assassins creed ive ever played and it also felt short compared too the last couple. the templar arc for example was very short and wasnt even a main part of the game really they definitely could have done a lot more with this game
As a side note, considering how much they went bamboozle with this game, an arena isn't a problem of "not the right time and place". They have displaced certain architectural styles and put them in one game, the esthetics overule everything in valhalla. But arenas are nowhere down the Scandinavian or saxon living and culture. The best they could do is have a reconditioned roman arena where vikings can train.
I did collect shit and completed like a few arks completely before I went on with the story. I feel like I'm at the beginning or middle of the endgame and have almost 100h playtime. But the game was too easy for me so I bought odyssey cause I didn't play it when it came out. Like it way more
I’m 40hrs into this game and I’ve still never even been to Northumbria. It’s incredible. Biggest surprise this year in gaming by a long shot. I actually think this game is GOTY (so far).
Yeah, I’ve been playing for a couple hours every day since it came out and only just got back to Norway. I am a bigtime completionist so the only stuff I left over in England is the daughters of Lerion and a couple of cairn challenges, and I’m like 150 hours in. I love it.

I'm already completely clearing out every region I pledged to... Every wealth, mystery, artifact, hoard maps, and every small chest... before I continue to the next region. I think I'm around 65% into the main story, fully upgraded power level 400... I kinda feel like I'm a bit overpowered 🤣
You don’t need to use the fishing line on the fish. I got the achievement using my bow. Also I am doing the treasure horde maps now. Also going through my inventory and finding chests for some of the keys that I have that I never used.
I’m at 38 hours and I’m power level 130 half way through England I also got all mysteries, treasure and artefacts in Norway I think 200 hours is a bit of an exaggeration if not I wish games could last that long for me
I was at around 80 hours in when I realised that I still to get back Sigurd, so I go to Randvi to pledge to Suthexe but she tells that it is advisable to get all the possible allies before attacking Suthexe so I assume it's the final story mission cuz all your allies get together to beat the bad guys (order of ancients) so I get all the allies I could, then I get the Winchester mission, so I do it and then go to Suthexe but the story doesn't end lol, now I am 106 hours in and I have to finish the final shire (its name is too long for me to remember), then I assume the story ends
I'll wait a year or so till they've released all content and pick up the gold edition on sale just like I did with Origins and Odyssey, I have Terminator Resistance and Witcher 3 Ng+ to keep me occupied for the time being

I did a complete run of Witcher 3 on my ps4 a few years ago doing both dlcs and then did a ng+ run. I'm playing it on pc after finding it on GOG in the sale, next to the KOTOR games it's one of my all time favourites
What I did after beating is DELETE the game. Then made manual save of Odyssey so I didn't lose all my things and started a new game from scratch. One of the BEST games I've ever played.
Sadly I did them first because I like to clear each map section out as I go through them for the story. I was so overleveled (I am talking like 150+ power above) and I had no issue at the highest difficulty level
I have decided to push through the story as quickly as possible to leave as much endgame content as possible except Excalibur, Gungir, Mjolnir and a few gear sets like The Hidden One's or Mentor's Robes as I intend to use them for the last few chapters.
So there is a bug that i can not finish a specific alliance arc (eurviscire)and now i have done everything except one so im stuck with the game like 80% . other people have this problem bit ubisoft hasnt fixed it yet and im really pissed off
That “Freedom” has stopped me from 100% the game. I can’t unlock the Father 5/6 clues. Apparently I did something before I should have. So now I’m stuck and can’t see the last order member
@@wiktorgorak7751 yea I even got the good ending. All trophies are done except revealing the entire order of the ancients. There is an open bug with Ubisoft but no timeline when this will be fixed. So if you haven’t already, don’t give the medallions until after you finish the main story line .

Still can't finish poor fellow soldier quest, cant even initiate it. Already killed all members of the order except the father yet haytham still won't talk to me to initiate the quest. I already have mjollnir and the entire thor set including the cloak which is supposed to be the reward for the order questline.
I had a major glitch while I was doing a mission and he went reset it changed one of my armor set back to its basic form and I ran the berserker armor to 60% of the game before I actually started to change armors, I had that all the way max out at mystical level I kept resetting going back to save games and it would not give it back to me on a mystical level it gave it back but only at the basic form everything else all my other armor sets are still on mystical level. I just haven’t maxed everything out yet, but I’m not gonna bother maxing out the berserker armor because I already had and frankly I don’t really need that armor anymore because I have stronger armors. Reda’s missions Need to improve the assassination missions in odyssey was a lot more fun I’ll beat the game in 28 days playing two hours here three hours there, I’m just running around opening up all the chest which I’ve already done at this point

I have two maxed out sets of armor, three maxed out bows and two maxed out melee weapons and don’t really see the point in upgrading any of the other stuff I have so the resources keep piling up
After completing the stories I went to try to platinum and clear the regions and ran into at least two bugged mysteries and an artifact that's not even on my map. I'm hoping future updates will fix these cuz I really want to platinum this like Odyssey

Well it’s true it’s a valid complaint 🤨 the map is too big with too many stuff to attain so you get bored and than the traveling to get to the objective of whatever you’re doing is a hassle already too. & it’s not like you’re getting anything specks you’ll just a armor or weapon you already had to begin with
I think Ubisoft need to add in more travel points across the map. Maybe allow us to travel to all the smaller towns that dont have a synchronized point. I'm 135 hours into it.. And running across empty map gets bored really fast.

Story is done at 60 hours. Have 90% of the gear I want. Crazy how I couldn’t put this game down and now I have to because you can only run around Ravensthorpe with no objective for so long. This game desperately needs a NG system like the other AC games.

I think those treasure maps you get should be mentioned. I believe they are why I didn't get 100% completion after clearing everything else "visible" in the game. But then again, I'm on PC with no list of achievements so I really have no idea.

Even better, after you max out the jomsviking hall and buy all the shop items the large chests that require 2 people also give iron and leather

Honestly, the chest give you enough unless your constantly spending them on things that aren’t really too essential to your gameplay

Love the game but I am pissed that 1. I have an 8th mystery in Vinland that is glitched and I can't complete and 2. I have spent a ton of coin on buying tattoos and hair styles and I can't even use them to customize Eivor. Oh well. Thank you for these videos and keep up the great work!

@@G59Ray I am able to use them now. I have no idea why I wasn't able to before. Everytime I went to try to change the hair or tattoos, they didn't show up.
although I enjoyed the game it was the glitchiest assassins creed ive ever played and it also felt short compared too the last couple. the templar arc for example was very short and wasnt even a main part of the game really they definitely could have done a lot more with this game

Yea but... Historically speaking I don't think the saxons had those. It would be cool if they added one in Asgard.
As a side note, considering how much they went bamboozle with this game, an arena isn't a problem of "not the right time and place". They have displaced certain architectural styles and put them in one game, the esthetics overule everything in valhalla. But arenas are nowhere down the Scandinavian or saxon living and culture. The best they could do is have a reconditioned roman arena where vikings can train.

I did collect shit and completed like a few arks completely before I went on with the story. I feel like I'm at the beginning or middle of the endgame and have almost 100h playtime. But the game was too easy for me so I bought odyssey cause I didn't play it when it came out. Like it way more

I’m 40hrs into this game and I’ve still never even been to Northumbria. It’s incredible. Biggest surprise this year in gaming by a long shot. I actually think this game is GOTY (so far).

Yeah, I’ve been playing for a couple hours every day since it came out and only just got back to Norway. I am a bigtime completionist so the only stuff I left over in England is the daughters of Lerion and a couple of cairn challenges, and I’m like 150 hours in. I love it.

I'm already completely clearing out every region I pledged to... Every wealth, mystery, artifact, hoard maps, and every small chest... before I continue to the next region. I think I'm around 65% into the main story, fully upgraded power level 400... I kinda feel like I'm a bit overpowered 🤣

You don’t need to use the fishing line on the fish. I got the achievement using my bow. Also I am doing the treasure horde maps now. Also going through my inventory and finding chests for some of the keys that I have that I never used.

I’m at 38 hours and I’m power level 130 half way through England I also got all mysteries, treasure and artefacts in Norway I think 200 hours is a bit of an exaggeration if not I wish games could last that long for me

I was at around 80 hours in when I realised that I still to get back Sigurd, so I go to Randvi to pledge to Suthexe but she tells that it is advisable to get all the possible allies before attacking Suthexe so I assume it's the final story mission cuz all your allies get together to beat the bad guys (order of ancients) so I get all the allies I could, then I get the Winchester mission, so I do it and then go to Suthexe but the story doesn't end lol, now I am 106 hours in and I have to finish the final shire (its name is too long for me to remember), then I assume the story ends

I did a complete run of Witcher 3 on my ps4 a few years ago doing both dlcs and then did a ng+ run. I'm playing it on pc after finding it on GOG in the sale, next to the KOTOR games it's one of my all time favourites

What I did after beating is DELETE the game. Then made manual save of Odyssey so I didn't lose all my things and started a new game from scratch. One of the BEST games I've ever played.
Btw, it's worth saving the blue dots because otherwise you level up too fast and in my opinion, it isn't fun at that point

Sadly I did them first because I like to clear each map section out as I go through them for the story. I was so overleveled (I am talking like 150+ power above) and I had no issue at the highest difficulty level
I have decided to push through the story as quickly as possible to leave as much endgame content as possible except Excalibur, Gungir, Mjolnir and a few gear sets like The Hidden One's or Mentor's Robes as I intend to use them for the last few chapters.
Excalibur is overrated.

So there is a bug that i can not finish a specific alliance arc (eurviscire)and now i have done everything except one so im stuck with the game like 80% . other people have this problem bit ubisoft hasnt fixed it yet and im really pissed off

That “Freedom” has stopped me from 100% the game. I can’t unlock the Father 5/6 clues. Apparently I did something before I should have. So now I’m stuck and can’t see the last order member

@@wiktorgorak7751 yea I even got the good ending. All trophies are done except revealing the entire order of the ancients. There is an open bug with Ubisoft but no timeline when this will be fixed. So if you haven’t already, don’t give the medallions until after you finish the main story line .

Still waiting for Ubisoft to fix fish not spawning... can’t finish Fishing Hut Delivery or Stinky But Deadly.
Also pet Fox completely disappeared while pet Wolf doesn’t enter settlement after last update.

@@stellamuune yeah I’ll probably also use mjolnir or gungnir as well when I get them right now I’m using Excalibur and the twitch prime spear not because of a combo just fun and I like the spears L1 attack it’s a bit like a downgraded harpoon piercer or whatever it’s called

@@joeledwith4827 bro mjolnir and the briton shield is op, stun from hammer. Heals/stun from briton shield and you knock elite enemies down in 2 hits then just finishing move them lol

It's fun to go around and see what main characters or NPCs from side quests do after the event. Some are very funny.
Still can't finish poor fellow soldier quest, cant even initiate it. Already killed all members of the order except the father yet haytham still won't talk to me to initiate the quest. I already have mjollnir and the entire thor set including the cloak which is supposed to be the reward for the order questline.

I had a major glitch while I was doing a mission and he went reset it changed one of my armor set back to its basic form and I ran the berserker armor to 60% of the game before I actually started to change armors, I had that all the way max out at mystical level I kept resetting going back to save games and it would not give it back to me on a mystical level it gave it back but only at the basic form everything else all my other armor sets are still on mystical level. I just haven’t maxed everything out yet, but I’m not gonna bother maxing out the berserker armor because I already had and frankly I don’t really need that armor anymore because I have stronger armors. Reda’s missions Need to improve the assassination missions in odyssey was a lot more fun
I’ll beat the game in 28 days playing two hours here three hours there, I’m just running around opening up all the chest which I’ve already done at this point
Just waiting on the dlc packs wish they’d come sooner !

I have two maxed out sets of armor, three maxed out bows and two maxed out melee weapons and don’t really see the point in upgrading any of the other stuff I have so the resources keep piling up
After completing the stories I went to try to platinum and clear the regions and ran into at least two bugged mysteries and an artifact that's not even on my map. I'm hoping future updates will fix these cuz I really want to platinum this like Odyssey

Well it’s true it’s a valid complaint 🤨 the map is too big with too many stuff to attain so you get bored and than the traveling to get to the objective of whatever you’re doing is a hassle already too. & it’s not like you’re getting anything specks you’ll just a armor or weapon you already had to begin with

I think Ubisoft need to add in more travel points across the map. Maybe allow us to travel to all the smaller towns that dont have a synchronized point. I'm 135 hours into it.. And running across empty map gets bored really fast.

Story is done at 60 hours. Have 90% of the gear I want. Crazy how I couldn’t put this game down and now I have to because you can only run around Ravensthorpe with no objective for so long. This game desperately needs a NG system like the other AC games.

You have to ally with 14 counties each with there own questlines plus all the mysteries in between.

Something you missed which can also be fun to chase: Complete the codex (You might have missed some locations during your gameplay etc...)

It felt like the end of book 1. All the main cast went through an arc and the daneland is at full power now. Only downhill from here for our characters and lands starting in the expansions I assume.

I think those treasure maps you get should be mentioned. I believe they are why I didn't get 100% completion after clearing everything else "visible" in the game. But then again, I'm on PC with no list of achievements so I really have no idea.
This game is failing to keep me interested the way odyssey did.
That’s what I Love about the latest Assassin’s Creed Games compared to the classic games, the new games feel way less restricted!
