Love the design here. I love how the bars go all the way around each stall. Thank you for this video. Looking forward to building my own stable soon with the family. 🐎💚
I honestly love the look of reclaimed wood! Its so much prettier than freshly cut wood in my opinion. Great job and love that you're being environmentally conscious. Keep it up!!
You must put some sort of protective metal grid on the outside of windows, as a horse can get seriously injured if he runs, or rubs into the glass and breaks it. Other than that...Beautiful project. Congrats!
We have 4 horses and are looking to build the same exact thing the property we bought cake with and old house filled with with old wood from a tour down barn. How much did the whole project cost you?
Thank you my wife owns a reclaim business she gets lumber from different marine contractors and fence builders check out her Facebook facebook.com/Hickmansreclaimeddockwoodforsale/
Good morning Alan thanks for checking out my video yes it does require permits I am agricultural so it did not. From what I’m told! As far as cost it’s really hard to say since I did use all reclaim materials and didn’t spend any money on materials with the exception of the metal roofing and the metal trusses I probably have about $3000 tied up in that. As far as time I only have the weekend to work on it with a couple guys so I think it was about a month to a month and a half long project
Sorry I looked over your response my wife owns a reclaimed wood business. She gets Lumber from Marine contractors myself and Fence facebook.com/Hickmansreclaimeddockwoodforsale/
