I do that all the time, if you’re looking out that window on the balcony east is to the right west is to the left you’d be looking North. Cool little apartment. Thanks for the tour. The building looks amazing. Little out of my price range but nice.
I giggle a little bit, but I can understand your fear of heights in a way, but I’m the opposite I’m a tower crane operator soon to retire.

Had a look at a room there in July. It was beautiful and the long term price was very good considering the quality of the development and what you get. One thing put me off though and that is the new condo development that has just started on that side of the building, just over the other side of the market. It is likely to be very noisy for the next couple of years with all that construction going on. The development, rooms and staff were all very, very good though. I would recommend going for a room with a view towards Na Jomtien and the noise from the construction would be far less of a potential issue.
These new building have double glazing windows or better. So noise is not a issue. 👍
Except the new Copacabana tower will begin construction and is just to the back and south (Na Jomtien) side of the current building. No matter which side you're on, there's likely to be construction noise for some time. It would be disingenuous for anyone to suggest otherwise. 😏

🛑❌Before you sign a rental contract or purchase contract, be aware that construction has begun on Arom Jomtien (45 floor tower immediately next door - footprint can be seen at 12:43 in the video) and a second Copacabana tower is also planned to begin construction next door too. It's a great building, but expect construction noise , and consider if your views will be impacted by the construction.❌🛑

@@CoopersThaiAdventureyou'll still enjoy the construction noise, and Arom Jomtien will still block the views of some units, like the 1st and 2nd one bedroom units you showed, and slightly block the view to the side of the 3rd unit you showed.

Just a question about the road is there a crossing Close. I stayed at another condo and it was hell to cross the road
Beach road does not have pedestrian crossings like we do in the west. But there are raised crossings areas in many places

Rental agreement is between you and the owner. The agent is just the person in the middle to make sure everything is above board and legal. To protect you both and act as a witness

There are rare cases. Never go in the ocean after rain and stay in the yellow swimming areas to be safe James 👍

I stayed at the peak last week for one night. It was nice But they don’t like aribnb or short term stays. If they think you are not supposed to be there they will start treating you badly. I would have booked longer but it’s not worth the abuse.

I disagree. This level of detail is important if you're ACTUALLY GOING TO RENT. Other people can look at lots of other vloggers who do "inside the building only" for their fantasy tourism thing 😂🎉.

Hey Coop, if you don't know how to pronounce a company name, why don't you use the pronunciation app included with every major browser, or just take 10 seconds and sound it out. You'll find Haier (hi'ar) can't possibly be pronounced "harrier" as you insist on doing three times in five minutes. I'm an American who worked for them in China where they are known as the largest maker of household appliances and electronic in the World. The group of executives I trained in business English were on their way to Kentucky to buy and refurbish a General Electric factory that GE had closed. They were able to bring jobs and manufacturing back to a town that desperately needed both. Please don't make us sound uneducated.
