Can you talk on the subject of property under contract with contingency? especially the average length of time set in TN and also what reasons this would be in place please 🙂
Average length of a contract time in TN would be around 30 days but it really depends on the terms of your contract. Typically, lenders can get a loan through underwriting and clear to close in this amount of time.
My family just left the Metro Atlanta area for the Nashville area. Among our concerns was the rampant explosive growth. It sounds great on paper, but you end up with ungodly congestion, fairly ugly condo/apartment complexes everywhere, and a sudden sense of political uncertainty whatever your views happen to be. Not saying it's the end of the world, but my Spidey sense is certainly tingling.
I completely understand the hesitation with such growth. That is really why I talk about it on my channel so people can understand they will be moving to a growing city which has pros and cons.
So thankful for your help with our move. You’ve been a wealth of knowledge!
Thank you! I'm so glad you reached out and we were able to make our connection Paige!
