@@anthonynguyen5577 I will have to look into where to do that for sure. I have another return scammer video coming out soon where I'll say what happened in this case. I wonder if eBay reports these addresses.
One time I had something similar to this happen to me. I shipped the buyer 2 cards, they claimed to have only received 1. They returned the 1, then had to go back and forth with eBay for 6 months before finally getting back the money for the sale. Was for around $80.
@@clayjpg yep I've don't the run around a few times, I now always open these returns on camera. But when they say they only got one, that's hard to prove, and so scummy. Glad you ended up getting your money back
Got a Vivid Voltage Booster from EBay a few years back when I didn’t really know what I was doing, just wanted to open some packs. Got it in the mail, opened it, everything looked good. Grabbed a pack out, cards start falling out the bottom of the pack. So I look and every pack had been opened carefully from the bottom and they took every hit out of the packs, placed them back in the box, then wrapped it back up nicely. I know what I’m looking for now with fakes and stuff so I learned my lesson, still messed up tho!!
@@TomHardysUglierYoungerBrother lol watch the video I just put a few minutes ago. It's got the results of this case and has a person that tried some things similar to what you described.
They might be using stolen credit card info for the payment too. Worst story that happened to me was I bought a $1000 item on eBay and the guy sent an empty envelope to a business in the same zip code signature required and submitted that as the tracking number. I had to speak with the post master and eventually figured out it wasn’t even sent to me and got the internal usps documentation to prove what they did. Got my money back but what a waste of everyone’s time.
@@Sami89631 wow that's way worse, I'm very glad they didn't do something like that for the return. But you are 100% right, that is about the only thing that makes sense, other than I am not sure why they would worry about returning it.
@@GettingJiggly weird huh? I'm pretty sure it's just an automated system. I am a top rated seller and to keep that I have to have free 30 day returns on.
Share the address and username. Sellers must stick together cause I guarantee even if eBay sides with you his credit card company or PayPal will side with him making him want to do it again
3:07 It aint me, but I'm telling you now that it's very tempting to start doing this stuff. Seems to me like scammers keep prospering and it aint gonna stop...ever. There's no honor in slaving away for the system just barely being able to survive just to say "well least I didn't scam" meanwhile scammers living the nice life not worrying about where their next meal comes from.
@@ketchemallcards Yeah I know, it's just so frustrating seeing scammers constantly getting a 1 up on people just trying to make an honest living and nothing ever happens to them. Hopefully your scammer see's some consequences..
don't forget to report the address for mail fraud

I’ve had this happen to me twice! I was sent paper clips 🤣

How does ebay even approve the return?

Yep he's right that's exactly what eBay does.
Let us know how it turns out.
Will do, submitted the pics to eBay, reported an issue and told them I have a video of they need it. We will see
