It's INR 3500 this is what the architect charge.....We want to know how much the client spent.......If I multiply the per sq feet charge it comes 5cr approx....Is this the real cost.....It means we can make this type of bungalow in 5cr....🤔
@Rahul Singhal buildup area is 18000 sqft and plot area is 14000 sqft what concept I don't understand pls explain me

this is nt architecture ,its building with style . the one u study in books & in real life are different . bringing new designs with use of combination of structures is wat architects do . these guys dont use much of a combination dey use simple sturcuters here & der to make it look like dey have done something gr8. if u bring da mason who had done this , he would complete it without any problems.3500r/sft is too much for this bull shit design. too have practical exp .{der r sum diplomas out der who draw plans of already constructed houses for loan approval or for registration works."usually found near broklers of mro registration office", u can meet these guys & learn quick architecture}.
