- This is a spacious 5 bedroom apartment, which spans across 4,500 Sqft in a beautiful township in Pune. This apartment is designed from a raw stage and the entire civil layout is planned according to the family’s requirement. This was initially a 4 bedroom apartment which was converted to a 5 bedroom space. The areas of the house are expansive and beautifully open into huge spaces, both indoor and outdoor. The apartment is at the epitome, which provides a bird’s eye view of the entire city. Each and every artefact is hand picked and the house is designed to be really user friendly with easy automations. The colour scheme is simple with a beautiful blend of teakwood used in the panelling. The Italian marble compliments the mood of the entire house. The children’s bedroom was deigned by converting a lobby space and beautifully suiting it to the clients requirement. The highlight of the house is the outdoor deck which has a chic countryside vibe to it, and of course a bar with a view.

You have to be very lucky, I would say. Normal jobs will not get you this. Only successful business might but even then chances are 1 in million. My intention is not to demotivate you but give you a real picture, so that every second of yours is invested in building your empire. But whether that will make one happy and satisfied, that is another thing.

This house might cost like 50 crore or something. Very plastic. Doesn't feel like a home. It looks like 5 star hotel. Can stay for a week then it will be boring. Unnecessary interior in certain corner. The house looks dark.without lights it will be even more darker
All windows closed. In certain rooms there are no windows. Looks like a huge coffin box. NOT MY CUP OF TEA. 👎👎 If we live in a smaller house with 50 crore deposit in bank as savings . WE CAN LEAD A HAPPY LIFE.

You perfectly said it.....plastic....can be portrayed as any body’s house. That’s the issue with these designers. Not their fault. The people hiring them are so insecure overall that they need to hire someone to create a personality for them....

Just because you can't afford it, doesn't mean everybody can't. Rich people buy these houses and they'll have tons kf money to spend on servants, cleaners and maintenance.

Price seems more than 20 crore. This is in amanora township i guess! Nearby buildings are of magarpatta and amanora itself. Such a beautiful sky villa is dream!

There's a reason why people live in cities. It's because of work and accessibility to amenities and recreation. Location matters. Sure, you can live in a big house in a country side, but how will you work, where are the amenities, where are the top notch emergency medical facilities located, entertainment, etc.? Practicality is a thing. Your country home can only be like a vacation home, but practically, you'll get bored living there.
actually what i like in this penthouse is space. 4500 sqft!!!! Rest everything looks normal (Indian)….

एक बेहद खूबसूरत घर को रिप्रेजेंट करने के लिए एक अच्छा रिप्रेजेंटेटिव्स साथ में होता तो और भी बेहतरीन तरीके से रिप्रेजेंट किया जा सकता था फोटोग्राफी के एंगल से ज्यादा लिए गए हैं वैसे घर बहुत ही शानदार और बेहद खूबसूरत है

Frankly no one need this big house... Maintaining this house is difficult task... Now a days people live nuclear families... A proper 1 Bhk is enough... At the most 2 bhk... Not beyond that... At lease carpet of 600 sqf.. small and sweet..

Somewhat looks suffocating even 4500 sq ft. Best is to live in a village where you belong to the entire village and can go and live in any house you want and a lot of people to talk to. Houses are also well ventilated.
Remember anything that requires money to acquire is cheap.

The best part of the house is probably the Klipsch Home Theater and the Projector. Gonna get myself those, the rest is a bit too much design to call it a home.
