This is the TH-cam that I want - tons of creative input. Not some lazy technical video shooting bricks or inanimate object.
Great to hear! More soon 💓
Yessss
Thanks for the motivation MABO. Awesome looking shots and I especially like 0:42 with the lens 😍 Just as a tipp for anyone: Don’t forget to correctly set the focal length manually within the stabilization settings on the sony, so it doesn’t warp around when you use manual/vintage lenses. Menu, 2 Red menu (cam icon), 9 Image Stabilization, 3 Focal Length. I put that option onto the Fn button/menu for quick access when switching lenses!
Oh yes, thats a good tip! :)
I shoot at 25mm in MFT, and that's equivalent to 50mm on full frame. I love that length. It's my favorite lens and I use it to shoot video most often. I love results
Yep. Ive been shooting portraits, both photo and video, professionally for 20 years. I START at 50mm and will go out to 135mm. I prefer 85mm but 50 is great too. Some of my favorite videos were shot around 120mm. You can still get plenty of the background with a 50mm though, take a few steps back from your subject and shoot at f/4 or so instead of stopping down so much.
When I shoot 50mm on a full-frame camera, I like to flank it with a 24mm or a 28mm on the wide side and a 105mm or 135mm on the telephoto side.
Yes!! Great combo :)
Thank you for this video. I bought the 50mm in March and really regretted not buying the 35. But this video has inspired me again.
Yes! Its amazing :)
Try it more! I really love 50mm lens. You can shoot amazingly with this lens
Such a great video. I am using my 50 very rarely, usualy only for photoshoot. For video I use 35 but now I will give a chance to 50mm too.
Thank you! Yes, definitely give it a try 🥰
Bro, where can I get such a film frame?
50 mm one love
love your videos man. just bought a 55mm myself. really like it
Thank you! Have fun with your 55mm :)
🙏🏾Beautiful Work as always, my Good Brother!! Awesome points. Thanks Very Much for this.
Thank you for appreciating my work! :)
Liebe deine videos die haben immer so eine ruhe und schönheit
Danke dir, freut mich zu hören ☺️
Title typo, length.
I love the 50. It’s my first choice most of the time.
Yehaa 🙏✨
at @0.02 , “…24mm and 35mm aspect ratio…” Focal length has literally nothing to do with aspect ratio.
It's obviously a honest mistake that was meant to be field of view.
True!
40mm is the closest to the human eye. Most natural feeling focal length hands down.
I think of a zoom as having a focal length range. I am not sure what you mean when you state that the 50mm is the “best focal range.”
I changed it, you are right :D
