I think I asked for videos like these when you had a questionnaire or survey or something, so thanks for making them. These are awesome!! Extremely helpful, all the little tips about movements, body positions, and especially seeing the efficient ways to manage the bands!!
@@harambesystem i bought the black and blue bands off ebay (as based in the UK) they are amazing! looking forward to getting the whole system once they are available here.
My T-bar should arrive today! Can't wait to get started. I've been using the tube type bands for a few years (standing on them), and it's time to up the routine.
Thank you for your question! I do the HaramBro Split now. PDFs explaining the workout are available for free in the files section of the Harambe System Facebook group. I fall back to Gorilla Gains when I need to deload (eg, when I’m sick). HaramBro has multiple sets, not just one set to failure, but Gorilla Gains is a great place to start. Our workout page at harambesystem.com explains how to add volume to it and progress to a higher volume routine like HaramBro. - Khalid
Thank you so much for asking! Gorilla Gains calls for just one set per movement. Here is a full description of the program: harambesystem.com/pages/gorillagainsworkout
Thank you for your comment. It's important to note that unlike programs with a 'one-size fits all' philosophy like X3, at Harambe System, we offer a diverse range of workout programs tailored to meet individual needs and goals. Our beginner-friendly gorilla gains is part of a broader selection that includes unique volume progression strategies, and varied training intensities across heavy, medium, and light days, culminating in our advanced HaramBro Program. For a comprehensive understanding of our full workout progression, we invite you to visit our website: harambesystem.com/pages/gorillagainsworkout. Just got the system. Not impressed with the workout programs on the website. To get something more expansive you have to subscribe at a cost. No written programs are included with the complete set. At the price, seems one should be. XBAR, the competition has a much better documented program included. I know its not difficult to find additional exerises but just disappointed so little is provided. The videos are in a small format that can be difficult watch. All and all, a bit disappointed in this aspect.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concerns and want to ensure you get the most out of your purchase. We offer three complimentary workout programs: the Classic Push-Pull-Legs, Gorilla Gains, and the HaramBro Split. The first two are accessible for free on our website, and the HaramBro Split is available for free in the files section of our Facebook group. These programs are designed to cater to a variety of fitness goals and levels. Additionally, we have the Harambe Fit app, which aids in tracking your progress and has Khalid’s current workout programs. The app is compatible with any equipment and is available for a nominal subscription of $2 per month or $20 per year. This fee is essential for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the app. If you’d rather log workouts via paper you can download and print free PDF logs from the file section of our Facebook group. Thank you for taking the time to leave this positive feedback. Will keep working on putting out more content 🙏🏽
Agreed! It's important to use good form, and one of the things I've been most concerned about. Glad to have these videos.
Best YT channel going for resistance bands!
Thank you so much for saying that. Means a lot.

The videos we’ve been waiting for, please do more.

I’m a little late to the party, thank you for another outstanding video.
Really appreciate you making these. This is really helpful.
So happy to hear you are finding the video helpful! Thank you for commenting.
Great explanation! Nice and simple 👍
Glad you liked it!
I know this program is gorilla gains and is great but what do YOU do as your regular every day program? Thanks in advance.

Do you usually do two a day and are your workouts normally this or multiple sets? Love this btw

Are you using the T or K bar here? Thanks!
Using the K Bar in these videos. Thanks for asking.
I would have thrown shrugs in to that just to get the upper traps more. The deadlift did mostly lower back, row did mid
That’s a great addition.
Great video...Which length bar are you using?
Thank you! Khalid is using the K Bar in the video:
harambesystem.com/products/the-k-bar-no-slings
He is 6’2” tall.
I have a wrist issue that makes underhand grip for the bent over row difficult. Could I modify and use an overhand grip?
Doing this overhand is a great variation. I try to work in both 🤝🏽
Is this equipment same as the xbar3?
No. It is a patented system made of premium materials. Check out harambesystem.com to learn more, or feel free to ask any questions here.
Far superior product from a company that doesn’t make outrageous claims. The owner comes across as a genuine nice guy too , unlike x3.
@@user-cp2qw2ek5e totally agree!
Exactly the same pull workout as X3

If the band snapped during curls that'd be really not great 😁
Ouch!
